You have to rely on the reputation of the manager...

Not true. Campaign Managers are like us they also receive their rewards after the ICO projects end. Once the project did not become a success, or it becomes a scam they will receive nothing and that includes us.

Unfortunately there is no way to know from the beginning. You have to rely on the reputation of the manager, analyse information about the project and much more. Perhaps the service that collect statistics about the conducted bounty might be useful

When joining a bounty, I take into account the manager of the bounty first because if he is reputable then he wouldn't just immediately manage a project without having a due diligence first. There are times that they would fail and manage a scam one but they take action immediately and let the people know about it so that those scammers cannot scam more people. Check the members of the team too and if you can get confirmations from their partner companies then do it.

Will in my observation about bounty scam  i found only in a telegram because some of the board in bounty will not responsed during asking concerns about campaign .So it is hard to know in the first steps for validating bounty scams and hopefully it will be banned at the end.

At first hand it is really hard to see if an ICO Project is a scam because most of them are really deceiving, covering their true intents through their marketing strategies. Better thing to do is to dig deeper, do more research about the ICO. Check the team behind it, the road map and the website. The contact channel is also very important.

yes it should be so, that we should look at the reputation of the manager and also the ico team or the ico objectives, I think it is all really necessary to know the good bounty and the ugly or the scam.

Yeah, it is really difficult to know from the beginning whether it is scam or not. A clear information of the project, team and advisor, or manager reputation sometimes cannot guarantee for the real bounty or scam. Mostly, we know that it is a scam when the ICO has over or almost over.

By following their admin or bounty manager at social media. They will give you a clue about the bounty.

It is hard to tell whether the project is scam or not but I see some aspects why I consider as the project as scam. First of all the spreadsheet once the spreadsheet was not updating then I already consider it as scam because they didn't check the desired stake. Next is their website once the content of the website was not good enough then I consider that as  scam and lastly the manager once the manager of the campaign has a red trust then I didn't join that  kind of campaign.

it is very difficult to detect a SCAM bounty because at the bottom of it a Bounty Manager cannot distinguish it.
For example, such as ICO projects that do not reach Softcap, then the funds will be returned to the investor, but it can also be said as a SCAM bounty.

Well it's difficult to know which bounty is a scam because some ICO looks legit, but in the end they will gone like a bubble, maybe we should keep research the ICO first like the team and the background one of them if they really work that ICO so we can say it's a legit.
