Like the other forum I won't mention, the rank determines signature reward and that's likely the greatest benefit.  Banner rewards at hero or legendary tend to be substantially higher, so keep working up.

Having 100 post will not qualify our account to the next rank, the best way to do is make additional 20 post to get the benefit to become a Senior Member rank.

Let's say for 120 posts, your rank up to senior member.
So, what benefit become a senior member ? More rewards for doing Signature campaign.

As example, senior member and junior member do 1 same task, junior member get $1, but senior member get $5. That's the benefit

There is no benefit of 100 posts.  There's a rank at 60 posts and a higher rank at 120 posts, then 500, then 1000.  Posting up to 100 will get you closer to the next rank, but give you nothing direct otherwise.
