Looks like you are not really investing in Ethereum because you mentioned yourself that you have some Ethereum just for the transaction fee of your bounty.

i think it's not because the block chain is stuck but because ethereum prices are high resulting in higher gas fees.
but i also agree that ethereum's gas fees are high. because back then when fees were low many new projects were standing on the ethereum platform and from many new projects it was 99% scam and caused ethereum prices to drop very deeply.
