Metaverse and NFTs seem to be fading, and the hype is not what it used to be. However, I am still seeing many projects working on the same concepts. I am wondering if they are trying to revive the hype in that space. what are your thoughts on this , do you think these projects can succeed in bringing back the excitement we once felt around NFT and metaverse?

Tbh the nfts hype is different from 2021/2022. Seems everything has gone cold lol. But like you said I've also spotted some nfts and metaverse gamefi projects building lately like Nyan. It's a play to earn game though based on the meter verse. You could take a look at it..

Nyan, this project has some fundamental potentiality and all things being equal, might be able to resurrect the hype around NFTs more so because these NFTs are tradable amongst players. I learnt they got listed on Bitget with a PoolX event to go along.

It's a gaming project but with nfts and metaverse inclusion. Let's hope though, noticed a high volume on that, is it because of the ongoing PoolX you mentioned

Congratulations to the many people who claimed Notcoin! Most of them were newbies to the crypto space, and that was a huge win. It really onboarded a lot of people to the crypto space, and I'm not surprised the project was a success. This got me thinking - these newbies who just got onboarded will need ways to get enlightened and learn more about the ecosystem. That's why I recommend a referral program. I just found out about it and suggested it to my junior brother, who just got onboarded. Since the referral entails joining a community, I feel like the program will help him gain more insight into web3 while inviting his friends to join in too. What do you think, guys? Do you have a better suggestion? Please mention it in the comments section below!
Speaking about referal reminds of the ongoing referral campaign on Bitget and yes, referral is a good start in this space earn some passive income but he has to be very careful about the site he shares to his friends cos one wrong move could tarnish his reputation and put his friends at risk of losing their money.

You're right. He needs to vet the information before wishing it out imo. Ermm, almost all the exchange has ongoing referrals programmes, why did you choose a specific one to be reminded about? Or probably talk more about it..

We have seen how the hype around the recent BTC halving has created exposure for the crypto market and Bitcoin in general. Even altcoin traders were enthusiastic about alctoins which many believe would have brought in more returns if Bitcoin had done well and made a lot of increase, now we have another interesting day for Bitcoin which is the Bitcoin Pizza Day and I want to know what everyone thinks of this day.

I mean we are remembering the day when someone bought a pizza with 10,000 BTC, if we remember events like this, it could inspire the trust in BTC and may might want to benefit from it believing that it could rise up in future, I mean, nobody will like to be like the guy.
Nobody wants to be that guy,, I even wonder how he'll be feeling now. Although I think this wouldn't have an impact on BTC price, but I think some platforms are celebrating with some events. Which I think it's cool.

Meme Coins / Re: Meme Magic: How a Simple Name Can Spark Interest?
« on: May 19, 2024, 08:25:06 AM »
The meme narrative is truly one that gets me wondering every time I think about it. Memes have been the go-to for many traders for a while now because of how easily they align with hype. Getting into the right meme at the right time can significantly add to your portfolio, and the names given to them make it even more interesting. Take, for example, a meme I just came across on Twitter - HODL. This kind of project can instantly grab a trader's attention just by its name. What are your thoughts on meme tokens? Are they here to stay?

Seen this meme trending on twitter. Seems they've got good team and also made some partnerships along.. their price trend isn't really bad too👇. But memes tend to fade easily these days, let's see if this would do better.

These days, almost every Web3 company tries to create NFTs with some form of utility or the other for the sake of adding more value. While some are only just talk, a few actually live up to expectations and turn out to be crazy useful even in real-world situations and events. I've seen some used as tickets for shows, confirmations for transactions, and most recently as login tools for web3 companies and traditional Web2 apps like Google Meet and Zoom. I think the latter was the most interesting I've seen so far. It was one of the avatars created using Lifeform's DID solution to create hyper-realistic virtual human pictures.

What amazes me the most is how it seamlessly works even on web2 servers, when normally I'd expect its utilities to only be limited to the Web3 space. I still find it exciting, but something tells me there's more amazing stuff out there.

Curious to know which ones you've found most interesting since you started dealing with NFTs.

I'm not really into NfTs, I'm more of a gamefi enthusiast, but after reading some cool things about lifeform. Virtual DID with crypto wallets, hyper realistic human editor etc. I decided to see if this features would reflect in its token price ahah. Just curious.. and it's not looking bad.

Is investing in AI coins a good idea?
The field of AI is entering a period of remarkable development, especially when combined with blockchain technology. Cortex forecasts their AI algorithm market to reach a value of 1 trillion USD in the future. Currently, Fetch AI has achieved success with a market capitalization surpassing 200 million USD due to a strong price increase in the past January.

AI tokens/coins have become a hot trend on many crypto forums. However, to properly evaluate AI crypto projects, we need to carefully consider many factors, especially legal aspects, a strong AI team, big data processing, as well as a clear strategy and roadmap for practical application.

The potential AI coins are as follows:

Arkham (ARKM) - Leading in AI and Big Data
ARKM, the token of the Arkham platform, is one of the promising altcoins. Launched on Binance Launchpad at $0.75, ARKM has attracted significant attention from the cryptocurrency community. After dropping to $0.6, ARKM has recovered and is currently trading around $1.02, rising from $0.64 to over $1.1 in a week.

Fetch AI (FET) - Highest performance among AI altcoins
Fetch AI (FET) has emerged as one of the leading AI altcoins. Over the past year, FET's price has increased by over 400%, from under $0.19 to over $0.9. With a market capitalization of around 750 million USD, FET is currently trading around $0.95, up more than 10% in the past 24 hours.

SingularityNET (AGIX) - Promising
SingularityNET (AGIX) is a notable potential AI altcoin, increasing by over 80% in just one week. With a market capitalization of under 700 million USD, AGIX is currently trading around $0.5, up more than 17% yesterday.

AURUM AI (AURUMT) - Perfect IDO Choice
AURUM AI (AURUMT) is an investment fund for AI projects in the form of blockchain. With an investment of over 20 million USD from Binance Labs, Aurum AI is selling presale at a very low price of $0.1 and is expected to list at a price above $0.2. Selling at listing time will secure super-profitable deals.

If you want to invest in AI crypto but don't want to be liquidated in the previous 3 projects, AURUM will be a suitable project for you to invest in at this time.

These are my evaluations of the current potential AI coins. I wish you success in your investment endeavors.

Good list. But I'll prefer to go for lower caps at the moment.. maximizing gains ahah

What do you think about crypto messaging apps? Can they really change the way we use digital assets, or are just there..
Why don't you post some example of this crypto messaging apps?
I didn't see anything that is actually working so far, and it would probably be very slow or more centralized to use.
Only good reason for using them would be if they can't be shut down and closed by any governments, and if they preserve user privacy.

I think OP is talking about social messaging apps like ime lab. It used telegram api but with wallet and probably DeFi integrations.. https://www.bitget.com/academy/what-is-ime-lab-lime-and-how-does-it-work

I feel after RWA, These are the next to gain recognition. I've collected all suggestions and I'll do research on them and probably revert. Is this the projects token?

Hey mates, good day..

Crypto messaging apps are a new thing in the digital world. They're trying to combine the best of messaging apps like Telegram with the features of cryptocurrency wallets and DeFi tools. They promise to make it easy to manage your digital assets and make cryptocurrency transactions. Some people might find them interesting if they're into DeFi and cryptocurrency trading.

What do you think about crypto messaging apps? Can they really change the way we use digital assets, or are just there..
When you say they try to combine the best of messaging apps like telegram... I am moved to ask you what you think telegram is? Isn't telegram also a crypto messaging app? Oh, I get it, Telegram used to be a normal messaging app, but things began to change with them recently.
Telegram owns Ton blockchain and soon enough, the entire Ton ecosystem will be integrated on telegram, there is already an inbuilt crypto wallet on the telegram app.

So, now tell me, what other crypto messaging app are you talking about? Will that one be bigger than telegram with over 900 million users?

Telegram was a normal app before transitioning into a web3 crypto app. I'm talking about crypto messaging apps that are on telegram.

....
there were already industrial robots on the assembly lines, all it needs is an AI brain and it can already work on its own. just imagine if these AIs does have a brain on how to repair themselves and produce more of themselves and think of their security and survival. they are going to secure themselves and most probably will want to have their own military robots :)   but this must be too far ahead of time.

so far the chatGPT is already useful for writers and related jobs. i remember there was a protest about the use of chatGPT i think a year ago.

...but the only problem is that no real artificial intelligence has been created yet. We very often call "AI" something that is a mixture of a large language model, neural networks, and a huge knowledge base. But it's not intelligence. These are algorithmic systems that--and here's the most important part-- EXECUTE COMMANDS OF PEOPLE. Yes, they are very good helpers for humans, but they are not artificial self-sufficient intelligence

Nothing can replace human interaction mate. Ai would be controlled by humans..

I dunno if I should setup a POLL but I'll just put it here. For those that mined NOTCOIN, what's your plan for NOT upon listing, you're selling off, trading it Getgems, bitget pre market or farming on Binance launchpool? And what's your prediction for it?? .

if you are just going to ride the pumps of their token, i guess its an easy money when the tokens reaches new heights. its very attractive especially the TONcoin where millions of people are using this app. which also mean more people are aware of the investment they offer. what is the disadvantage of telegram is that their builtin wallet is its built-in. you don't own a private key.

not so many of them that i know actually but there are projects that has this package that includes a chat on their app.

Probably killing two stones with one bird ahha. Can you name some few you've come across?

Op as a Nigerian you supposed know weti dey happen in di country why people dey leave those exchanges, people no dey keep coins there again because of the drift between Nigeria government and them . As the previous commenter said there many factors. People are not using it like before again and also people withdraw their services from there. The attacks from government also make it to decline.

When Binance P2P closed, my friends and I sought alternatives on Bitget, and we've been comfortable there ever since, due to the quality of their service. However, I must say that since they're among the CEXs with positive growth increase, they deserve commendation for really stepping up. Another factor I think is responsible is the market uncertainty we've been having, as there hasn't been any major market movement yet, in my opinion.

....I mean it's free yes, and you are using testnet tokens, but what I'm worried is, there might be a chance that they might not give reward to testnet users. It happens with other projects. Nevertheless, I hope that I'm eligible for that airdrop just in case they do reward testnet users.

I've also seen that NOTCOIN in social media, but not aware of the project. Well, I just hope that those who participated on that airdrop will get free money on it. :)

You know actually, participating in testnets is helpful not just for the rewards, but also as a learning experience.
And for Notcoin specifically, the people who got the airdrop must be feeling pleased right now since they are allocated a significant number of coins which is already trading on Bitget pre-market with a good value.

Seems NOT is gathering larger attention than TON at the moment..price seem cheap on The pre market you mentioned.. this might give users an opportunity to acquire some and sell in potential profits when spot trading begins, since buyers and sellers could execute orders in advance..
