Friend, in my opinion, Ripple (XRP) is considered as a coin for the banking sector and may not rise much in price but has obtained huge volume. If you are following Ripple very closely, you might observed that after its all time high of $4 in January 2018, XRP has been very stable between $0.5 to $0.3 and it has been on this region.
I think that Ripple may not get to $4 this year- 2019; it may survive $2 at the end of this year.

Ripple ath price was around 3.40$, it didn't hit $4 which was most people expectation. Well given the fact that cryptocurrency cannot be foreseen, I believe ripple going above 4$ might not be anytime soon because bitcoin beating it's ath price is also not anytime soon. But we all should be optimistic.

Yeah, I also think it can bounce back to $4 but it should need a long time. It doesn't occur suddenly, the rise must take a time to happen.

I think that market is moving according to BTC movement. It will take time to see altcoin values, separately, for each coin. When, this happens, we will see values, higher than 4 dollars, I think.

In general, all crypto currencies has the possibility of reaching new price heights, except the stable coins, which has a fixed price. Ripple can get to $4 and beyond, but the time duration at which such will happen is what counts. For me, I will say that in a year or two, the price of ripple will go above the $4 mark. Just my own opinion.

Yes, XRP is struggling just holding on to the $.20 position it has been stuck for months. Now, is there really a big chance at least it can get into the $.50 position? Maybe yes but there must be something so big that can help it pushed into that. For now, I am seeing no big reason. Maybe 2021 can be better for XRP.
