I cant say that its essential, but new coins added on the total marketcap of cryptoindustry. If there are new projects investors likely to cash in fund or divert their asset to these new projects. However we cant say that new coins are totally essential. Mostly they are just created for profits. How many projects died in the past on these new coins? A lot and we can still count many more will struggle just to stay alive in the market.

There are very few new projects that are successful. I like to see the project very much, I can see it is beautiful, but it is not successful at the end. Why would I support a new project? Some of them are redundant at best with no real use cases but just recycling what is already available in the industry. Just now on Coingecko, I counted 33 new projects that were just listed there on coingecko and I want to believe all these are new projects coming into the cryptocurrency , market space. I sometimes don't worry much about how many they are but what they are here to offer. Well if there is nothing for the project we know they will die off naturally but the problem would be that investors would lose money but also we have seen new dimensions in the crypto space too like the NFTs and now the talk is also about Metaverse tokens if they have something to offer then no problem.

The appearance of new coins/tokens does not mean that the industry is growing, in this case it means that there are more useless coins (meme coins), every day we can see some new ones on the market, but they don't really add anything to the cryptocurrency ecosystem. I totally agree with you. As I said, I think the appearance of new projects is very positive, but as long as those projects help the ecosystem grow. There are over 12,000 coins/tokens on the market, have you ever wondered how many of those coins/tokens do something that helps the ecosystem? Very few... And I am not talking about scams now, I am referring to meme coins and thousands of other projects that all they do is take money from the market for things that are useless. I always welcome new projects, but projects that have use cases, not just a greedy team.

There are those who really want to build Crypto projects that have a clear purpose, there are also many new coins that have a purpose for personal gain only. I totally agree with you. As I said, I think the appearance of new projects is very positive, but as long as those projects help the ecosystem grow. There are over 12,000 coins/tokens on the market, have you ever wondered how many of those coins/tokens do something that helps the ecosystem? Very few... And I am not talking about scams now, I am referring to meme coins and thousands of other projects that all they do is take money from the market for things that are useless. I always welcome new projects, but projects that have use cases, not just a greedy team.

Actually there are more than 12,000, but I have never looked for more precise information to specify how many there are, since new ones appear every day. Many of these coins/tokens are scams, but most die within a few weeks of being born or are abandoned for not receiving the funding required by the team. Fewer projects are appearing lately due to the market situation, but I am sure that when the market improves, dozens of projects will appear again every day.

Yeah, beside listing new coins on low exchange, certain new start ups project are necessary for the growth of the crypto market. There are actually projects that were launched based on their new idea that are yet on the crypto space. Some of these new start up project has great utilities to the general public ( very good user cases), and many people embrace them.
Again, new start up projects going to the big exchanges is a boost to the growth and developments of the coin/token value.

Although important, I don't think the exchange is the biggest problem or the most difficult problem to solve. If a project is well structured from the beginning with a clear and easy to understand roadmap, a good use case (or several) should have no problem accessing better exchanges over time. What people cannot expect is that all the memecoins that appear every day will be listed on Binance one day after the project exists. It's okay to be ambitious, but keeping our feet on the ground will make us work better.

I agree with you. Many of the new projects that we see on the market are scams, there are others that are simply abandoned due to lack of interest from the #DevelopmentTeam and not being able to do what they had promised. We also have new meemcoins every day, with values of $.00000000000001 that are absolutely useless, just to fool some new users who spend their money on "community driven" promises and activities. It's sad, but every day there are fewer projects that are really worthwhile and have a useful use case.

To be honest, I am not interested in new tokens in the market, even though they have had an impressive bullrun in 2020-2021. I usually focus on top coins like BTC, ETH & BNB. Some coins at the top of the ecosystem like SOL, AVAX, and NEAR are still more potential than the tokens within that ecosystem.

At least recently, there have been a lot of scammer coins that can only take advantage of the crypto hype. Of course, this cannot be achieved unless we can be more selective again when there is a new project. At least you can try to research it before joining even though it sometimes looks very tempting. As a trader or bounty hunter, my expectations were quite high from the new projects but in the past 5 years, I understand there are only a few projects that grow otherwise most of them failed in a short time, especially in the bear market. Good projects survive the bear market even though I earned good money from some new projects also but it depends and you have to exit at the right time. Most of the new coins that appear in the market today do not have a good value in the market when they are included or listed in an exchange platform, usually what happens is just a pump and dump and then eventually it loses volume in the exchange until it will lose buyers, only a few of the new coins entering this industry can say if the end result of their campaign in the world of cryptocurrency is good.

We cannot really generalize it that way, as we have seen over the years that every now and then, there are new coins/tokens that are being introduced to the crypto space but most of them do not really have anything to offer other than just trying to take investors money, however, some now coins have actually turned out to be a good investment.
