no ico best in the years 2020. I see more IEO has occurred in some exchange average IEO successful in doing in exchange large as binance, okex, houbi and bittrex you better invest in IEO for generating profits quickly ico seems already lost because no investor interested.

Not unless and ICO is being carried out by an already popular platform and backed by credible people, many coin/token buyers prefer to trust more the IEOs because they are riding on the name and credibility as well as the reach of the established exchanges.

for the best ICO at the moment I suggest you look at projects that are handled by Bounty Detective, I see projects that are handled very well and have great potential in the future.

I can't find any good ones too, the great ICO Review Platform are kind of useless right now too.
