In the cryptocurrency market there is nothing to impossible. If we see bitcoin price hit $58000 it was impossible once upon a time because its a huge volume but we think this is possible right now. On the other hand Ethereum has a strong market credibility, strong team management and Ethereum contact technology. But there may arise a coin which has a good market demand then Ethereum it may happen. So we may tell that nothing is impossible in the market also there may be new coins like Ethereum.

Any cryptocurrency can overtake Ethereum both in technologies and in capabilities, but this will take time, for example, BNB and Polkadot have already approached Ethereum, and therefore if big players will begin to actively withdraw their investments from Ethereum to BNB or Polkadot, then Ethereum will have huge problems.

If any new projects introduce with a lower supply and get more attention like YFI (I know, YFI is a defi project with governance token machanism, not a smart contract provider. But take it as an example of getting attention from crypto market) , than sure to overtake Ethereum within no time. On the other hand, there are so many competitors to become a rival of ethereum and solve the current problems of ethereum with extra functionality.

Guys, if you are hinting at the possibility of creating such a coin that will be almost identical to Ethereum, or even surpass it in terms of performance, then today there are no projects that would deeply compete with Ethereum. Ethereum is famous for its Platform which is able to present new Crypto projects and with transaction fees that were notoriously cheap. But now many are complaining about the very expensive Ethereum transaction fees. If there is a new Crypto project that has a better platform than Ethereum and with cheaper transaction fees, surely the Altcoins from the new project will beat Ethereum. Because in fact anything can happen in this Cryptocurrency.

indeed, there are quite a few cryptocurrencies and platforms in the cryptocurrency market that are trying to surpass Ethereum or replace it in the cryptocurrency market. but for this entire period we do not see such results that could be used as the basis for the confrontation with ethereum. in other words, Ethereum has no competitors yet and is unlikely to have any. Ethereum is constantly evolving.

New coins being like Ethereum, in my view, a bit silly. Future projects shouldn't copy, but building on top established projects with "real" utility = Fabulous (very few of those)

With the high gas fee situation from ethereum, it can make many inovasition so that gas fees can be cheap, and it is not impossible that a coin is trying to maneuver to be able to find loopholes to fulfill the wishes of many users so that gas fees can be cheap. the possibility can be done by BNB which is also assisted by binance exchangers who are very good at innovation.
So it could be that what you say will happen in the future if Ethereum doesn't want to provide a solution, because many have been looking for that alternative and it could be dangerous even though Ethereum investor are still very strong.

Maybe there are smart contract platform that created to beat Ethereum. But As you said It is really difficult to beat the dominance of Ethereum. ERC20 has been used many projects and has big market. Maybe another smart contract can be alternate coin, but not replace ERC20.

Binance Coin does have the potential to beat Ethereum with its BSC Network, and the advantage of this BSC network is its low transaction fees. And this is a weakness of Ethereum, where the transaction fee price charged by Ethereum is very high.

I think that such statements are deliberately imposed on cryptocurrency users. Ethereum killers were called all platforms that are on the cryptocurrency market, but we see the results so far. Far as I'm concerned each coin need their own use, not to copy. If new coins can build on top of Ethereum and attempt to be different, coming into the market from different angles, great. Creating a customer base for "real, unique use", easier said that done. Monero is an example, use: ultimate privacy, what people thought Bitcoin was (it isn't, public ledger, zero privacy)

Agree. It will be difficult to see a new coin like Ethereum. Ethereum is too dominant in altcoins and people already know Ethereum as the best altcoin for years. The possibility of that happening is sure, cause every project is doing what is needful to be at the top of the leaderboard, and any reduced operation has its effect to the project and its competitive nature with other projects in the market.
What we will only say that could be a factor to the price is nothing else than Time, cause there are lots of projects that has good plans for the future and with these plans being worked upon, time will be the only factor left.
Binance and Uniswap are two coins that are pushing high and hard, and in terms of price, ETH could be way far of more value but with time. And as Binance now has its own Smart Chain (BSC), this is a more pressure to the ETH platform, and which should be a good reason to hold strong its place.
