I think you are much fan or lover of LTC ;D ;D other wise you can not specify about LTC. Actually not only LTC but also every coin now going down because of two important news. one is Elon Mask and 2nd is China reject of crypto. So we can be happy to see that market not going down like 2017 as huge investment came in pandemic situation. so Don't be worry about this LTC market and wait for next boom.

And you must know that whenever bitcoin start to move in market , all the altcoin follow it like mad. So due to bitcoin dump , all the altcoin dump much that time . The last significant updates are from 2017:
• On January 12, 2017, version 0.13.2 was released, it was officially the first cryptocurrency to add official support to SegWit.

I don't understand with you said the current litecoin price is normal and holding up well.
Because for old coins such litecoin should show good progress and more expensive.
I think the main key is litecoin team should update or improve their project.
