To be exact the social media platforms like twitter take reference from the best NFT marketplace and display NFTs but do not allow any form of transaction as of now. The reason being that they are right now in the middle of testing and while now they aren't able to do transactions, in the future there is a good chance. Apart from that social media can play a vital role in increasing reach and also engagements as well.
