I think that the IBAN that you get is Irish.
I am based in Spain, and I reckon the Nebeus money accounts are only available in the EU.

To be honest, they have helped me a lot with this feature as I found converting my crypto hodlings into fiat and transferring it to my bank super problematic and complex. Now I have an IBAN and my crypto wallet under the same app. I am hoping they will add more coins to the platform soon.

I personally do not think that Russia will ban crypto.
