I need to have physical activity when I have free time because of the long hours of sitting so I go out and do brisk walking I usually do this before sunset it's more comfortable doing brisk walking than jogging because I easily get tired and I need to do something at night.
Physical activity is very important for those who sit long hours in a computer because you can have a lot of illness for lack of physical activities.

I have lost a good sum of money trying to buy into the next billion dollar market cap meme coin while it's still at $10,000 market cap, I am tired of trying and right now, I am happy to return back to investing in only quality projects.

I have taken notes from my friends who lose a lot of money from investing in these memes this is why like you I stopped investing too, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack and finding a meme that will turn out like Shiba and PEPE, they have the same features they are all pump and dump and there's no utility whatsoever.

Even if the market is good there's still uncertainty, remember there was a time when people bought at an all-time high only to regret it later when there was a huge dip and it took them some time before they recovered their investment, the answer could be yes or no, the volatility is still there you could tell your friend that there will be a bull run this year but there will always volatility in the market that he should watch out.
