Good to hear another government agency endorsing the use, application and adoption of the blockchain technology which can really be of big help in many areas, of course not just those mentioned here by the said entity. Colombia is definitely has many miles to catch up with the leading countries already into the exploration and application of the blockchain technology. Other countries should be following the lead.

I am not good at technical analysis and I can be lost in those colorful graphs anytime. However, we should not expect that if there will be a bull run there can be literal all the way uptrend that can last for weeks and months. There will always be corrections and these corrections are quite healthy for Bitcoin. We don't want an unhealthy bull run reminiscent of 2017. I am expecting that after a mild correction, there can be a strong return for an upward movement.

Well, what he is doing is very true to the name of the project which is Ghost. John McAfee is now officially ghosting the Ghost project due to many differences with the management of the said project. I understand that actually Ghost is getting good reception of late, we just don't know if it is because of the goodwill of the McAfee name or if the project has really some good potential just waiting to be exploited. Anyway, let's give both sides the space they need. And hope that Ghost will not really be metamorphosed into a ghost.

I fully agree with this statement. There is no reason to be comparing XRP with stablecoins and those currencies to be issued by central banks (which we know can be happening soon especially if China is going to be successful with its digital yuan). Right now, XRP is going to be helping banks but we know there are some concerns of doubts whether this is something XRP is going to be successful with. Let's see many good things coming our of XRP.

This story all illustrate how hackers can be victimizing people and institutions and the victims have no choice but to negotiate under the terms and approval of the hackers. This is quite painful to realize that hackers are now taking the lead, always many steps ahead of the available security system and platform that institutions are using. We can say that it is a "triumph" that the victim here managed to lower significantly the ransom involved from 6 to just 1 million. However, we know which side is the real winner and which side is the big loser...common sense should know which side. Sad. Sad. Sad. And this is going not to be the last, expect more.

I am a little bit surprised that my country the Philippines has not figured in the top 5. Well, cryptocurrency is quite alive here and there is no big hindrance coming from the government except if there can be a project designed to scam people of their money. I am sure though that we can be in the top 15.

Just like banks, there is a very big market for the application of the blockchain technology in the corporate world. However, convincing them to use Symbol from NEM is something that is an uphill climb as there is of course a strong competition coming from anywhere. NEM people has to put more easy-to-use and secured features so they can attract users and clients into its fold. Once there will be a sizeable number of corporations on board then it can be easier to magnet more. I am suggesting they start with good brands that can adopt this platform so it can be easier to advertise and create more goodwill for the project.

I am not surprised so much with the rise of YFI considering its very limited number of coins on the market and the bullish sentiment on the DeFi projects right now. Still, one should be careful in getting into Yearn.Finance at this juncture though if one is very much loving with risks and big rewards then this can be a good gamble. I just felt that I am not really lucky in picking up projects that can really boom and lucky are those who got into YFI at the early stage. Weeks ago when I was look at its $1000+ price I was already surprised...who would have thought that it can make bigger moves and even defeat Bitcoin (though of course BTC has undefeatable marketcap).

Right now, Bitcoin is fighting the $12K barrier after it was able to make the successful touchdown. I think it will not be that easy from now on unless something really big can happen in the market. Yes, once Bitcoin can go beyond the $14K zone, it can be likened to a big dam bursting on its seams. Hopefully, this bullish sentiment can be able to carry us towards the end of the year and into the start of 2021.

The whole world should not expect an open and transparent digital currency especially if one is coming from China. This country is actually using its secretive nature to its advantage and the whole world is heaping it with many undeserved attention and even adulation. The digital yuan is a project in progress and I don't think the people behind it will be divulging the details not unless they are already sure of its nits and gritty. While the whole world is very much busy fighting to gain the upper hand in the Covid19 fight (courtesy of Wuhan), China is now focusing on many things that can push it in the forefront of economic revival once the virus has become inutile already.

This can really be funny. Dave Portnoy is just like a regular newbie -- well like many of us maybe during the 2017 bull run as he is quite excited with his newly found freedom with cryptocurrency. The only problem is that there can be some people who might be listening and following what he is doing. Maybe someone should be reaching to him and explain the many bad repercussions on what he is tweeting. And maybe someone should educate him more on cryptocurrency, the many benefits, advantages and of course the risks and pitfalls.

Now, I am wondering what can happen to Bitcoin in case something major disaster could happen to this part of China. What if there would be a massive earthquake in there or anything that can stop all the mining activities? I am actually looking forward to the time when Bitcoin can be able to wean from the influence of China-based miners and have this critical activity equally distributed to different parts of the world.
