I think no, it can cause people to loss their money, cryptocurrency is only for dedicated ones, learn it by yourself by researching on internet but cryptocurrency education? I doubt it

I think its better to sell it all for this year, this year was not good for cryptocurrency. Its okay to stop the loss than to wait and end up with zero

Bitcoin price today was so low, that leads altcoins to bearish and with that bounty hunters are quitting and selling their coins before it dump to zero

For me its yes, not all altcoins are getting bought due to investors only buys stable altcoins and because of that, new altcoins always dies
