To be honest, I don't think that position on coinmarketcap indicates the position of cryptocurrency very well. Bitcoin is huge, due to it's popularity, and i don't think that ethereum will ever overcome this popularity of bitcoin, even if ETH will become the biggest player in the game, bitcoin will still have the strongest position on the market for me. Future of altcoins is very shady i guess, many projects have fallen during the bear of 2018, and 2019 doesn't give me hope for something better. I love seeking new projects which are based on Ethereum, or smart contracts, but the recently I've found CryptoGamble, and as a gambling fan it's quite a thing for me - the mix of gambling and cryptocurrencies. I can see that there are thousands of cryptoprojects, but CG i trust the most.

not only bitcoin, but also many altcoins had huge impact on the amazing development of an online gambling business; those online gamblers market is worth billions of dollars right now, and it's still growing and it keeps surprising me with ideas of using cryptos there - like CryptoGamble's lottery system
