DeepOnion V 1.6.2 Released Important Upgrade

This is not a mandatory upgrade; however, we do recommend you download the latest version to test out several new features.

1.6.2 (a) has added peer detail window and network status window at help->debug menu (b) disabled stealth address creation.
1.6.2 is not a mandatory upgrade
the stealth address feature is temporarily disabled for now. Since re-enable it requires another fork, we won't do it immediately. We don't want to disrupt the normal people operation frequently. We will later combine it with other mandatory changes needed thus minimize the disruption to people.

We will use VoteCentral for new features for next planned fork and you will decide new things such as:

• Lowered FEEs event lesser fee for transactions 0.001 to 0.0001 and/or DV verifications 0,01 to 0,001
  
• Community submitted potential proposals for next the fork...

New features:

1. Command Line Interface
An all-new Command Line Interface tool for remote & local control of Wallets & Daemons.

2. Peer Control
Manage & Control active connections, disconnect & ban malicious or outdated nodes. Know your neighborhood, get info about your peers.

3. Network Throughput
Network throughput is the amount of data moved successfully from one place to another in a given time period.

4. Several design fixes
New design fixes to make friendly usage of the wallet

*All of the features will work as normal except for Stealth Addresses.  Please hold until further instructions before using Stealth Addresses.
