Maintenance Release with Integration with Latest TOR



This is maintenance release with the following updates:
(a) integrated with the latest TOR release - version 0.3.3.4-Alpha (git-cd929a8c1f6ce162).
(b) added more recent checkpoints so your network is more secure
(c) updated seed nodes
(d) small enhancements for console help (thanks to aitorp6)
(e) fixed tor icon update issue (thanks to fuss132)
(f) small GUI fixes (thanks to fuss132)

V1.6.3 is not a mandatory upgrade.
