Binance will resume ETC deposits and withdrawals at 2020/10/29 12:00 PM (UTC).
Please note:
ETC deposits will require 500 block confirmations before being credited to user accounts.
If an amount of ETC is deposited to an account, a withdrawal restriction of the same USD value will be imposed on the account until 1,000 ETC block confirmations have passed on the original deposit.
Binance will adjust future block confirmation requirements based on ETC network stability.
