A good matchday in the epl and also surprising results as Westbrom who held Liverpool to a draw in the previous match lost to a Leeds united team by 5 goals. While Burnley condemns Sheffield united to relegation woes.

Exactly my thoughts. Liverpool had all the advantage, including massive ball possession, but they couldn't get another goal.
 

While Burnley condemns Sheffield united to relegation woes.

Statistically, they can still make it out of the bottom. The current 17th place (Brighton) is just 11 points away. They just need to get their head together and get their first win of the season. Things could turn around for them after that.

I was surprised about Liverpool, I thought it was going to be a resounding victory, and congratulations that you had that victory, those bets that are won at the end of the year are the ones that are most enjoyed.

^ Tottenham vs. Fulham game was postponed due to recent increase in COVID cases in the area. According to the reports, many players from Fulham have also shown symptoms. Another unfortunate situation but it's necessary to limit infections to players. This could lead to another league suspension.

The question is can Everton continue their good form against a resurgent West Ham side? I think an appropriate tie should be 2 - 2
Manchester United will be aiming to win over Villa and rreduce the gap between them and Liverpool, Knowing fully well that an home tie brings advantage and Man United has not lost to Villa since 2009, A corresponding 2 - 0 victory for Man United seems good

Today's games are too close to call but I'm rooting for the home teams to either win their games or draw. The odds might be much lower but given how many games ended up in a draw the past few days, I think it's still a wise bet.

On another note, I just noticed Villa has two games in hand and they already have 26 points. Only 7 points behind current leaders Liverpool.

I was expecting a draw or an Everton win. I lost my parlay from this result but good job to West Ham getting that late goal.

The 2020-2021 season has always been interesting week in- week out will all the surprising/unexpected results. But yeah I get where you are coming from. I still remember the days how these two clubs (LFC and MU) battle it out for the title. Times has changed and the intensity seems to have died down a bit.

The table could easily change after five or more games and we'll see more twists and turns as we head closer to matchday 38.

And here we go, Tottenham are Level on points with everton and leicester after a comprehensive 3 nil victory over Bielsa and his Leeds side.
With goals from Harry Kane, Son and Tony Alderwierld. The league top position is shaping up.

Palace win at home with goals and move up to 13th on the log and sheffield seems destined for relegation this season.
Brighton draw at home to wolves after going down to 3 goals in a great comeback. The draw keeps them 3 points above relegation places.

Damn that Brighton vs. Wolves match. I thought Wolves already had it in the bag after leading three goals to one. It's always tricky to bet on these teams as you don't know what you're going to get most often than not. In hindsight, I should have bet on BTTS.
