Are bounty programs waste of time or a passive way of generating income?

Although many current ICO projects are fraudulent, in general, participating in signature campaigns ICO is quite interesting and profitable. Just need to have perseverance and patience, a positive result will be unambiguous.

Yeah , it's not easy to work for something who didn't pay you right . But still!  We need to do it again in again believing that there are still good project who will pay you right.  Just work hard,  and think those bad experience as a lesson .

Bounty programs are definitely a way of making income during your free time. I believe not all bounties will be rewarding, but those that are will really make you earn a lot of money so it is never a waste of time.

Yes and No.. i think the best tactic is jsut to concentrate on areas of bounties that pay the most, and make sure sure sure you get the best bang for your buck with a signature.. they can sometimes outweigh other rewards by as much as 10-20X so its crucial to really research those (project wise, pay wise, how many are participating, etc.)

It's a great way to generate income, but the startup is very slow.  You need to establish yourself in the bounty world and create a reputation before you get decent payout for anything.  Same with having a decently sized twitter account, that takes time to grow.  Once established though, holy hell are some of the payouts huge.  I saw a guy get over $60,000 worth of tokens back in december, though he was a legendary member and it was a signature campaign.  Still pretty ridiculous, hopefully with time I can see even half of that level of success =)

I'm motivated with your post and I'm thankful for that. I could ever imagine to earn that amount in a single bounty. That will be a great help for my financial situation. I know it takes time to establish my account but I will do my best to be productive in this forum and be a better person.

The fact is, there isn't any 100% working strategy to detect the authenticity of a project. The best you can do to help yourself is to do a research on the project. Study the team members and try to figure out if the team really possess the credentials which they present on their whitepapers and websites. Check out if the advisor chosen for the project is really on board with the team by cross-checking from his tweets on twitter about the projects.

Yeah as the crypto is getting bigger that creates more money into marketcap the more scam project coming in to get money from those newbie investors. I'm hoping that we can avoid those ICOs to don't waste our time in doing bounty with scam projects. I still optimistic that doing bounty is still worth the effort as I see many bounty hunters getting bigger earning by doing signature campaign. Just do a research before joining. Indeed, this is still the best way to generate more income.

Yeah you are right but we dont have any option just like me came from a poor family but if you are investor you cannot experience just like that situation, only thing that we have is do more research about campaign that we are going to participate thats the only way because its hard tp determine if the ico is scam or legit,searching and reading is a must to avoid scam.

Bounty programs provide a middle ground to get tokens that can be used as money.
So here you have to work for the period that has been specified in a project, after successful you will get a reward that is token.
Bounty is one alternative for beginners who want to plunge in the world of crypto currency that has no capital .

Agree. In addition to avoid to become a victim of some scam bounty programs we need to make deep research of the project ideas including its #DevelopmentTeam  members if they are real and legit in physical identity. Most of all study first the products of the projects if it is really helpful to the society that can be use by most individuals in elevating their financial stability in the long run.
