the message you sent me freemind, clearly states that he says he is a mod not a representative.
obviously this is bad when the project in question is in talk with another mod.

To clarify;
The message I saw was clearly stating "I am a moderator here. I will moderate on ** section".
Being that he is not part of the mod team, I consider this dishonest impersonation.
It should be up to President who becomes mod of the section, not the seller.

The forum is just 4th yr old and here we are discussing something serious matter which beyond my imagination particularly the business offer. Since we are just starting we should be firm to create good reputation (if possible no sense of so much greediness) Why? We start to build the future where we can see the forum in a much wow bounties, projects, partnerships, community and ads...

(Honestly, I were once/twice/trice dealing with some projects promoting Altcoinstalks. Not seeking for any appreciation I did it for the forum good.) Skip

Well, multi account may forgivable as we know this issue is not a brand new even in another forum (let the judges judge). What then the unforgivable? If he/she join all of his accounts in one bounties (disrespectful and greediness is clear).

About the fixed price offer:
It should not be change as it is the forum price not the price of a single person otherwise he is working secretly for bravery. I hope the forum reputation is more important than for temporary price/pleasure.

Looking forward for 10 years to see Altcoinstalks in a much wow bounties, partnership, ads and community. I guess, there we can do more business and can double the price since the forum is rooted and popular. Traffic matters....

Not to mention the forum is a friendly environment and not a greedy place.

I have already given various offers to many projects. Not just in this forum. However,,,, there was no official pricing. I have demanded more than the stipulated price. They are for the fund of the forum and for the development of the forum. Already two partnerships were canceled yesterday. Because of this topic. Because I don't like the last discussion, the discussions about the partnership. I have already made five offers considering that the forum will get much more than the price from a partnership. The two agreed to a project partnership (5k). This is not official. So it's a scandal. Am I stupid? Scam before the partnership??? I am not the most knowledge-able person. when you sent me the screenshot it told him this is not acceptable and that the price should not be modified, and that his fees for moderation and such should be separated from the price of the package that should remain unchanged.

The way how often and easily people are talking about punishment and bans frustrates a bit. Altcoinstalks is not a huge forum where you just have no time for personal decisions, so we just are not in need of having an obligatory punishment idea. If some things are not going right we just need to make them go right. If we can fix a situation without any punishment it would be the best decision (yes, sometimes there is no other way, like when we talk about spamers of different sorts). What do we need for real, to fix problems or to make a simulacrum of solving problems? Punishment as main idea is a form of escapuism. Main idea is to maintain forum right, other decisions should be based on that. Right?

After discussing with the judges and do investigation the account that has been mentioned has been proven to have committed fraud by participating in a bounty with multiple accounts.   the evidence is clear and valid. All accounts that are connected to each other.
I suggest admin for them to get a big cheater label to make it easier for BM to know it 
+ add to label duplicate  and  suggest MULTY Account or CHEATER badge  ( BIG LABEL )
+ get negative karma. ( make -100 ) 
+ Remove their KYC.   
+ We also consider that they can't allow use their signature (blocked their signature column)

Case closed. I locked this thread. I suggest of abang jago get rewards +50 karma for his/her actions to find this multi account.
