for me,  its the capital that plays role in deciding in trading. if you have big capital suggest daily trading. but if you have smaller capital just buy coin and hold it for a long time. its not advisable to do daily trading because your capital will be just consumed by big transaction fee from the platform.

All depends on the market situation. If the market is down in red color, better to hold if the token is potential. When the market rise up and touch green color time to decide to sell or still hold and wait for another time of increase.
