It all depends on your target. If you want to day trade you can choose the coins that best for day trade, it is profitable especially when you focus and always monitoring the fluctuation of the prices when you should buy and set a target to sell. On the otherhand long term investment is also a good strategy especially when it comes to bitcoin and ethereum that you are investing because it will give you huge profit if you hold it and sell it in it’s top price.

What matters are your free time to manage trading. If you are not free in day time so you are fit at night time. If you are not fit for night time then you are for day time trading. Trading requires your time because it consumes large of your time to watch the movement of price in the market.

both of them are good, but if you don't have a patience i prefer for day trading because long term are for those target is a large profit and  have a long patience who can wait maybe a year until it hit her target price. long term is for bigger profit, day trading fo little by little earnings.

When the market is in downfall it's not advisable to do a day trading as your prone to losing when the price is keep dumping, with that situation you need to switch strategy to buy more and fill-in your bags and get ready for the next bull run to get more profits. Buy low and sell at high is a good strategy. For long term investment, it's good to the people who has no time to monitor the daily price. It's profitable but it takes time before you get your profits and the risk is low compared to doing a day trading.

Long term is one of the best strategy i am applying in this kind of very critical situation of cryptocurrency because we might be losing too much of our money if we selling our coins in a very low price.
