To understand some of the History read this thread first
https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=260591.msg1341643#msg1341643

The Topic of Females in Cryptocurrency is a very confusing one for many, so I want to give some Guidance for those looking to find a Path. Some see anything like this and see Objectification, so I want to start there in that there is an Element of this, but I'm asking you to harness it, and understand it is out there, and Gain from it. There is something we could colloquially call "Girl Power", this is when you get a Free Drink, with no Promise of Sex, but the potential of Sex being kind of implied by Flirting or accepting Flirting, you can learn more about it in the Van Kush Family Guide to the Game, Part 4 gets into how you can use your Agency, and Part 1 gets into what an Old Pimp told me in Collin County Jail, as he also decided he was a Sociopath and was reading and deciding a lot, and his Bunky said he was an backdoor so I went to go talk to him and that's how I got into Discussions with him.

Reading that you may be thinking this is just for the Bottom Rung of Society, so I want to now get into Cryptocurrency, there are Female Developers, and we should look to #GamerGate as kind of a jumping point for our Understanding of Cryptocurrency. There are Female Financial Experts, there are Women who work in the Stock Market, who own Highly Traded, Highly Valued Companies, who can be representing Cryptocurrency, and some are. This is happening, there are Women in Money Markets, Trading.

So if we look at the just basics of Society, like any form of everyone coming together, we shouldn't look at creating Social Media as like Creating a Dating Site, but just places for everyone to Gather, there seems to be some thought that anything that pulls Women in to Cryptocurrency is a Dating Website, and on Cryptocurrency Websites we have largely seen attacks on any Social Earnings based on being a Female in Cryptocurrency, or anything like that, it's all Sex Coin, Porn Coin, etc.

Now,
If we look to the Silk Road, which made Bitcoin have Value, that is where the Value came from, they would accept it there first, before anywhere else. We are Forming a Beauty Economy. My Wife and I are looking for anyone who Works in Beauty and Cosmetics who want to Host a Currency, or people who want to Wear a T-Shirt, or Write a Logo on their hand, and gather together and share each other's Products, Currencies, Rewards Programs, etc.

The Secret Service hates Women so they have been fighting this, but everything is getting started soon.

The majority of women fail in crypto due to their multitasking lifestyles; those who do succeed do so because someone in their networks (friends, spouses, coworkers, etc.) “inspires” or educates them about the industry. Others are a result of the deluge of cryptocurrency news.

The desire to gain more wealth is the main motivation for cryptocurrency trading. The desire for financial freedom and the urge to try something is a vital pointt.

A rather strange topic... I feel like women are not the same people as men :)
I can't say about the whole world, but in my country - women have the same rights, the same opportunities as men. I know great business owners - women, great top managers - women, great IT specialists (my native, I know the market well) - women. I know some very active women in the crypto segment, and participants in crypto projects.
At the same time, I also know many unsuccessful specialists - men, unsuccessful crypto investors - men, unsuccessful and not trying to achieve something - men. I think this "separation" by gender is a bit "outdated", to put it mildly :)
What I know - yes, there are countries where women's rights and freedoms are limited, and only there are really problems of women's participation in public life, business....

You can't keep women away from virtual currency because women are also investing in virtual currency today as much as men.  They are investing in Bitcoin as well as other sectors.  They are currently being selected as CEOs under various projects and have also become quite adept as community members.  At present they should be considered as equals of men and must be given ample opportunity to work alongside men.

Do you seriously believe that gender differences affect mental capabilities ? :)
The only differences, pardon me for clarifying, is that a man can't get pregnant, carry and give birth to a child, and a woman can't fertilize an egg. THAT'S IT ! There are no other differences !
There is only one nuance - in some countries, for some little-understood reasons, for many centuries women have been relegated to secondary roles ... There are countries where this still happens today.  But in normal countries there is gender equality and there are no medieval gender divisions :) Let's also in the cryptocurrency community, forget about these medieval, wild, primitive divisions !?  8)

Well presented because we always make a minimum difference to the girls especially until they give birth and work as housewives at home.  But no they are an important part of our society and with their help we have been able to build this civilization.  We will not restrict them to childbearing and housework but we will give them equal rights in all spheres of life.  From agricultural fields to engineering workshops, if we make them participate equally, only then will our world become a stronger habitable land.

The only nuance, I don't really like the idea of "if we make them participate equally, only then will our world become a stronger habitable land" - I hear "force/coerce" here. You can't force or coerce someone to do something if they don't want to do it. Freedom of choice is one of the highest values !
I allow coercion only in the situation when someone should be forced to adhere to norms and laws.

As practice shows - women are very successful in many areas of our lives, not only in the field of housewives :) I personally know successful businesswomen, and excellent managers, and developers, and women in many other areas of our lives !

PS If I misunderstood or translated your answer, I apologize - English is not my native language :)

In fact freedom given to girls is the essential responsibility and duty of men in true sense.  Moreover, participation of girls is highly desirable for our national interest.  Girls have been given equal rights especially in getting education and almost equal benefits in terms of percentage of girls in various jobs or opportunities.  In that case, the world is not lagging behind in giving freedom to girls but we have to be mentally stable and even if we cannot make girls equal to boys in terms of mentality, we must call them to move forward with a cooperative attitude alongside men.  Sometimes girls should not be looked down upon socially.

I actually think that any kind of separation of people based on any kind of characteristic is... to put it mildly is not a good indicator, and it shows the backwardness of the "evaluator". What difference does it make - what gender, skin color, religion, foot size, sexual orientation, etc.? If a person is good - that is the most important thing ! At the same time everyone knows very well that criminals and bad people also exist in different nations, different sexes, different religions..... That is why there can be only one division in the world - good or bad person, all the rest is not important.

I'm not against equality, in fact I think women are more than the equality we've been hearing about. But in this case I want to say that equal is not necessarily professional. It's a bit confusing, but let me give you an example.

For example, in a train car there is more value for a woman in terms of sitting or something else, there is even a special carriage for women, but why is there no special carriage for men?

At any given time, for example, a man sits on the train while a woman stands, with a long distance to travel. Can equality be seen that way? Of course not. For me, a man can give a seat to a woman because their strengths are different. That's what I mean by equal not necessarily proportional.

I only knew one woman personally who are into crypto which I have conversation with regarding crypto and that is my classmate aside from those members on our local telegram group. We all know that there are things that women can do and what men can't while men can do and what women can't but with cryptocurrency I find majority of men are into crypto than women. I am not that sure how they are doing with crypto but I think they are doing as good as well as men do. Luckily for me I was able to find this board right here on this forum wherein you can interact with women in crypto.

Here we can even talk about the restoration of centuries-old injustices against women, who have had their rights restricted by various methods, in many countries, in many peoples. Human civilization has finally come to a state when mankind has realized (unfortunately not all, but most) that all people should have the same rights and OPPORTUNITIES. And women very effectively prove that they are the same people, with the same abilities as men, and in some areas and more effective :)

I totally agree with you mate. We do have equal rights with women and they are competitive in many field as well as men. The unjust treatment of women from the past has ended long time ago in some other places in the world but there are few I don't know if it's correct to call it "unfortunate" women still suffering such kind of ruling or it is really just part of their culture, then we have to respect that.
