At this ongoing bear time, there are many good digital assets that are worth scooping up though of course we don't know where can be the bottom with all of these things. Had I got the money needed, yes I would also add more coins and tokens especially with the four platforms you listed here. If I may, I would also be adding DOT and KLV. Of course, there are far potentially lucrative projects out there so things can depend on one's taste for risks.

All major cryptocurrency going down their fiat price, if you can able to take risk then you can buy some of cryptocurrency like Bitcoin,  Ethereum,  Dot  then you can hold it and waiting for rising value. I would advise a majority of your holdings in BTC and ETH (like 60%), 30% in other high market cap coins (like Dot,XLM,Sol,LTC, etc..) and 10% in low caps coins.

You have a good list of coins for long-term investments, but when you want to invest in crypto, you can look at the current market situation before deciding to invest.
Currently I am looking for coins that are hype, for example cube network and ARSW, these two projects are discussed by many investors, when the market situation is down, ARSW has increased by more than 400%

For now, I only trust BUSD & BTC. Altcoins are all too risky in crypto winter, we should keep stable coin to DCA BTC when we see the market recover and go into growth. Don't care about altcoins whether layer-0 or layer-1, their growth depends on BTC recovery.

I think BTC is still potential coin, But I also invest in Solana, Dot, Matic, and BNB.
I see many investors keep their assets in stable coin such as BUSD, But I think its good time to buy more top coins, not only stable coin.
