12-14 large glasses of water (every time I drink a glass of water when I go to smoke, plus 2 glasses of water in the morning and 1 at night)

Not enough but I've been trying to get to a gallon a day. It helped a lot when I stopped drinking soda and switched to only water and coffee.

1 glass with each meal. The 8 glasses a day theory is a myth made by an army general and based on zero evidence.
