Many states are in no hurry to develop and introduce their own CBDCs and prefer to first observe the same CBDCs of other states, despite the fact that almost all states agree that digital currencies are cheaper and more efficient in transactions and their use will provide many advantages over current non-cash bank payments. It is understandable: finances do not tolerate haste, and here a lot will have to be changed. However, there is no alternative to digital national currencies. This is a very promising direction in the development of the financial system of states.
