most hacks occur due to inattention when we sign and ourselves give access to certain actions on the part of intruders.

I think that it is worth publishing some accurate information so that people know what to follow when protecting their personal data and money.  at least some sort of user manual.

Today, cryptocurrencies are gaining momentum in many areas of human life.  Almost any service can be paid using cryptocurrency.  Unlike ordinary money, cryptocurrency is not stored in a real or virtual wallet, it is located directly in the blockchain ecosystem.  The chain stores the coins themselves, information about the distribution of assets, and the history of operations.  You cannot erase or change the chain, except by destroying the entire Internet.

There are cases where people try to scramble the phrases by randomizing one of the words that can access a wallet. As we know, the average wallet pharse uses a phrase code with words, there are as many as 12 words and there are also 24 words. maybe your case could happen to this incident. The solution that I provide, it is better if the wallet key is better to use a private key, because it can be said that the private key code is very difficult to solve.
True private keys are more relatively harder to hack than mnemonics. And someone up there mentioned using a printer that has no internet connection to print out my private keys. But the big issue, which is being overlooked here, is entering that private key into a dapp. That would be a hell of a pain in the ass. Any suggestions?

Be careful when connecting on swap or dex platforms for now as there are many cases of swap platforms getting hacked and causing the linked wallet to be hit as well. It's better to create a different wallet for trading and investing

The hack is believed to have taken hold on wallets such as Slope and Phantom. These are “hot wallets” — that is, wallets that allow for lightning-fast transactions because they are always connected to the internet, as opposed to “cold wallets,” which usually require a USB drive and have long periods of disconnection.

The risk is everywhere, maybe you have given ownership of the wallet when interacting with the smart contract of a scam token, or your computer has a virus and the virus has stolen your private key. You should be careful when trading/swap tokens, and use programs to protect your computer from viruses.

I suspected that you're connected to some suspicious DEX or platform that need to connect to your metamask. I suggest you to revoke it or just simple create new wallet because it's already hacked. And please store your private key/mneomic in a book/paper for more security, scan your computer.

I don't understand why so many hack cases happen on platforms like swap and dex. is the security level very weak or maybe the platform is planning to scam?

Is this real? I mean viruses stealing my private keys. I know I stream football matches from dubious sites and after this hackers installed Bitdefender on my affected laptop. As I wanted to access the site, the antivirus warned me that the site is trying to install some malware on my system. I was shocked. I blocked that site totally. And I have been using it for 3 years to stream matches

I agree with your opinion, I think we should not do transaction in scam tokens that we don't know from there.
Scammers will spread many fake tokens, so be careful.
Better always know where from tokens that you got in your wallet

I would say rather go for some authentic wallets which with the security of 2fa, private keys also provides higher security like multisig wallet security. Such crypto wallets are not easy to be hacked.

To protect your wallets from hacking, it is unnecessary to send keys from wallets to different projects when filling out the form for joining the project. You need to protect your wallets and even in the smallest suspicious situations not to succumb to their tempting offers.

Don't share private key of wallet and do suspicious tokens that you never buy.
Because there are many scammers there.
And don't save your assets in your exchange wallet.
