problems recovering bnb chain busd token from coinomi

Hello all.

A friend asked me for some help to recover some BUSD he has on a coinomi wallet, which stopped working.

He has some dust BNB in an address bnb.... and some BUSD there.

I imported the seed in metamask, but if shows a different address format (0x...) with zero balance.

I searched in internet for some information and couldn't find anything so far in basic guides.

Any ideas?

I solved the problem

I discovered coinomi uses a different derivation path, specific for Coinomi.

Coin specific notes:

For Ethereum-based coins (ETH, ETC, EXP, CLO, MUSIC, MIX, POA) specifically, select the "BIP32" option on the "Derivation Path" section and choose "Coinomi" as the client.
