Confirmation before making a post

Today I clicked Post button by mistake and I made new post right after my previous one but without any meaningful text.
I know that I cant delete it by myself now so I reported it to moderators to delete it if they can.

Maybe consecutive posts by same member should not be allowed in short time period within the same topic, and this can help reduce spam.
Or admins could add confirmation box before posting to avoid this from happening again.

It might be a good idea to implement a button with that function if possible. Anyway, until the administrator says if it is possible to do so and when it could be available, (remember that he has a lot of pending work) when a user makes a mistake and wants to delete a post, they only have to send a PM to a local moderator (if the post is in a local subforum) or global moderator to remove it. It's normal to make those kinds of mistakes.
