越南国家银行禁止数字货币 违规者将被罚款2亿越南盾

根据ViệtNam News报道，越南国家银行（SBV）近日警告民众，数字货币在越南不是法定货币，并且禁止发行、使用和供应数字货币。违反此规定的人将会别罚款1.5-2亿越南盾（约合6500-11000美元）。越南央行规定，在越南无现金支付的合法方法只有支票，付款单，收款单，银行卡以及SBV指定的其他方式。根据越南新版刑法规定，提供和使用非法的付款方式也可能是犯罪行为。（币世界）
