هذه ستكون عثرة قانونية كبيرة في طريق المشرعين للقانون إذ يمكن الموافقة على الإيثريوم أنه ليس ورقة مالية لكن ماذا عن الكثير من التوكنات التي لها نفس وضع الإيثريوم؟ هل سيتم الاعتراف بها كلها أنها ليست أوراق مالية؟

What you say is absolutely correct. Several months ago, my laptop with Windows 10 installed was infected with a virus through one of the cracks, and my Electreum wallet was hacked and the Bitcoin in it was stolen.

Although there is a Windows protection program, hackers are developing their methods to avoid the already weak protection in Windows, so yes, I agree with you, it is better to move to the Linux system because it is much better protected and it contains all the basic needs that any user needs.

أعلنت هيئة الزراعة والأمن الغذائي في أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، حظر تعدين العملات المشفرة في المزارع. وأوضحت الهيئة للمزارعين أن استخدام المزارع لتعدين العملات المشفرة غير مسموح ويُعدّ "إساءة استخدام للمزرعة"

.كما أكدت الهيئة أن من يتم ضبطه يخالف القانون سيواجه عقوبات تصل إلى 10,000 درهم إماراتي، أي ما يعادل 2,722 دولار أمريكي

ورغم حظر تعدين العملات المشفرة في المزارع، إلا أن دولة الإمارات برزت كمنطقة مؤيّدة لتعدين البيتكوين في الشرق الأوسط عام 2023. ووفقاً للبيانات، تبلغ قدرة التعدين المجمّعة في الإمارات حوالي 400 ميغاواط، مما يشكل 4% من معدل التجزئة العالمي للبيتكوين

This is the stupidity of governments, especially the Nigerian government, which has not dealt well with the issue of cryptocurrencies in the country at all. It places the blame for the collapse of the value of the Nigerian naira on central exchanges and cryptocurrencies, and this is hypocrisy and a failure of the government.
 
Even if that is true, is this the solution? Is the solution to ban naira trading P2P on centralized exchanges? Can't Nigerian citizens simply do P2P outside of centralized exchanges? how stupid?

Instead, they had to find better solutions by legislating more open regulatory laws to benefit from taxes and large investments in cryptocurrencies that could contribute to the recovery of the country’s economy.

في متابعة شارت البيتكوين: كما توقعت في البوست السابق أن هذا الارتفاع المفاجئ الذي شهدنا على سعر البيتكوين وتخطي 71 ألف دولار كان نتيجة الشائعة حول موافقة صناديق الإيثريوم، وحذرت وقتها من احتمال حدوث هبوط مفاجئ إذا تبين عدم صحة الخبر وقد حدث هبوط بالفعل لما تحت 67 ألف وعاد السعر وتحسن قليلا

لم يتم تأكيد أو نفي الخبر رسميا حتى الآن لكن حسب التسريبات أن الموافقة سوف تتم على الأغلب لذلك على الغالب سنشهد ارتفاع مهم في سعر الإيثريوم والبيتكوين بعد تأكيد الموافقة رسميا

ننتظر ونراقب

I completely agree with you on this point. I have seen a lot of old and new projects, but they are actually “just ink on paper,” as they say, meaning they are just ideas without any real tools or real need in the market.

With the exception of some old projects that have proven their existence and depend on actual needs in the market, I do not see any tokens that have real value or a real project. They promote very attractive ideas in the beginning, then after they collect money, they forget the project and leave, and the token remains without development.
