Yes I agree. I think  Punishment for ICO scams is good thing. because too many ICOs are scams.

I think the good punishment for ICO scams is to ban the team who are working and introduced the project. So that all their identities will get blocked by this forum and at less scammers will be lessen.

You can ask about the date of the end of the ico in the telegram chat or on the icobench website and its analogues.

You are right mate. When we are participating bounty campaign like signature campaign we really need to join their telegram channel so that we can ask what will be the real end date of the ICO, because usually they will announced it in a pinned messages at telegram bounty. We can also ask for any information of the project that we are participating and some other querries about our involvement of the campaign if any.

I don't think someone can buy all the available bitcoins. If possible, this means that the market will not run well because there are no more requests and offers. Bitcoin is decentralized so it can't be controlled by one person.

Yes it is imposible to buy all the bitcoin scattered in the world because this is not controlled by one person only but it is a decentralized currency that nobody can fully controlled over it. And besides bitcoin until now are still anonymous in all aspects that no one's can really predict it.

Don't think there is scenario when Bitcoin may come to an end. There are too many people having it and using it and more and more companies start to take Bitcoin as a payment. Even if most of the countries will ban it - it will continue to live.

Agree with you mate. As long as there are so many believers of bitcoin, it wont easily die but rather it will continue to spreading worldwide whatever negativity going to happen. Maybe if internet globally shutdown it can totally shutdown bitcoin also and maybe it will die.
