Я бы на месте практически любого криптопроекта сейчас хотя бы формально запрещал резидентам и гражданам США пользоваться хоть как-то своим продуктом, а то у Штатов руки длинные, а на что они возбудятся, так ведь и не предугадаешь. Правда, Wasabi поздновато спохватились, Штаты и ретроспективно могут докопаться, но лучше сейчас, чем только уже в момент претензий.
