Title: transfer of presidency from hair to freemind

I have been requested by hair to transfer the presidency.
- president is elected not assigned.
But
given that hair (due to personal reasons) can not continue with the role of president, it is normal that the vice president (freemind) would take the spot.
hence there will be a transfer announced.
Freemind will remain as president till next elections.
