Same advice for any forum, always start by reading the rules. Don't want to get yourself unnecessarily penalised. Think one of the answers has already provided the links. Try to expand your knowledge by reading different threads, don't just stick to the same sections of the forum. And remember you don't always need to post, read through threads and post if you feel you can add value to the discussion, either with new information or with personal opinion. Depends what you define as 'success on the forum' really, I personally enjoy reading and occasionally posting, anything else that eventually occurs is a bonus.
Are you asking for help with bounties and growing your rank on this forum to benefit more for bounties? Or are you asking about day trading or trading in general or stuff like that?

According to your question, my answer is yes. There is no difference between the payment of Bitcointalk and Altcoinstalks forum's bounty. The only difference is Altcoinstalk forum is more user-friendly than Bitcointalk forum.
We know that excess is very bad. That means everything has limitation. When it is fillup then other become overload and then it becomes beyond control. So, to control the bubble of overload there must have strict rules and regulation. And then a system become rude to the latecomer. Which result we can see in Bitcointalk now.
