Any coin is always termed as SCAM. This is just a natural tendency for a person who seems to be dissatisfied or maybe feeling bad about the coin after such a bad experience in using it. But granting that it is indeed a scam, why is it still in circulation? It has been there quite long and it is even one of the coins that is more  popular than other known coins. That is a very simple idea that would describe how it cannot be a scam.
