Can NEO compete ETH?

I think both of them are good coin and offer a same feature too like Smart contract feature. And ETH is the pioneer in smart contract feature so thats why ETH is more popular than NEO. but the good one for NEO is when you hodling NEO you can get free gasses. If someday NEO can make a new feature and more good than ETH, of course people will go to NEO. but to overcome the ETH i think its still a big task for NEO developer. I'm fans of ETH and NEO. so i think both of them are good in my opinion.

It might be too early to say that a NEO can defeat Ethereum.
Ethereum is too strong for the NEO to copy, because the Ripple that is ranked 3 is difficult to beat Ethereum.

They both are focusing almost the same area, so they are competitors by born. I don't know about the price but NEO has some exceptional features like GAS. It is a good match for me to watch.
