Today it is difficult to find an honest review of Freewallet exchange. The reason lies in the fact that the administration of Freewallet org spares no expense in ordering flattering articles and comments. If you read them, you might get the impression that this application is the best and most reliable. But in fact, clients who used Freewallet exchange usually lost their deposit. The reason is that, under the guise of KYC, the administration simply bans the user and takes his coins and tokens for himself.

One of the victims of the actions of Freewallet exchange shared a scan of a statement addressed to law enforcement officers. In it, a woman tells how she spent a long time sending small amounts from her wallet. But at some point she received a large transaction. After which the account was frozen, and support has been ignoring tickets for 3 months. The victim has already written 14 messages, provided all documents, including selfies and videos. But the administration never unblocked the account.

Freewallet exchange is one of the services that attracts customers, but in the end, users lose their savings.

Never download Freewallet
A good crypto wallet gives users the ability to anonymously receive and send assets. Freewallet has nothing to do with this. The service rules directly state the administration’s right to block accounts and require verification. But this would not be so scary if we compare, for example, Freewallet exchange with other similar services. The problem is that under the guise of KYC, the administration steals assets.

Look at independent resources for honest reviews. You will see dozens of complaints about illegal wallet freezing. And support not only does not help clients: their requests are simply ignored! If you download Freewallet, you will lose coins!

Can you get your assets back?
Yes it is possible. But this requires active action. First, you need to prepare and submit an official statement to the police, following the example of what the woman did in the top screenshot. Detailed instructions are in this article. In addition, it is important to make your case public and attract the attention of the community. Only such pressure will allow the return of assets stolen by Freewallet exchange.

But the best way to save money is to not install fraudulent apps. Do not download Free wallet. It’s a scam!

I assume that you are the same person who does the same thing on BTT, and it is commendable that someone dedicated himself to spreading the truth about this service, which despite everything still exists. I hope that you will be able to collect enough evidence that the authorities will be interested in a serious investigation that would lead to the service being closed and people getting their funds back.

I think he is, it is good that we have a reference here in Altcoinstalks this is for our members who only have an Altcoinstalks account and for them to be fully aware of Freewallet status, freewallet scammed a lot of people, I hope they join Altcoinstalks and post their testimonials about Freewallets, unfortunately, the platform is still up and continue to scam people, they find a way to continue to exist even with those so many complaints.

I think that one of the biggest problems with this service is that it has a name that positions it at the very top of the search list, because people who know little or nothing about cryptocurrencies will very likely enter the words "free, wallet" using the search and get exactly theirs page at the top of the search results.

The only way to stop them from what they are doing is to try to bring them to court where the evidence of all those who lost their funds will be clearly presented. @sytapuwero is the only one that move in that direction, but such actions mean that people should go out of their comfort zones and fight for their rights.

Freewallet has been selectively scamming people for 5 years already, there was a time back in 2019 when they still had support on BTT and they were just doing the same robot replies, stalling tactics, and only moved and released the money when it was clear they were going to get in some sort of trouble
But as time passed nobody actually went through all the trouble of a criminal case against them and I assume they are releasing the money of victims if they do the same with the complaint, we're in 2024 and the site is still up, the scamming still goes on, and there is no ending in this.

The only way to stop them from what they are doing is to try to bring them to court where the evidence of all those who lost their funds will be clearly presented.

Yeah, you just need a victim with enough stolen funds to go through all this, not change his mind if they offer the funds back, and even more importantly he has to be in a country that will go after a foreign company.

If we look at it from that angle, then they and others like them have an almost perfect business in which hardly anyone can interfere with them - especially if they are in a country where you practically can't do anything to them, not even legally. I'm not sure where they are actually registered, but from the posts on BTT it seems to me that several countries were mentioned, and the names of the owners and people of that company don't look very "legal" if you understand me.

It seems that for a "good business" on the border of legality, you don't need anything other than a good idea and the internet...

And this is the reason why I tell everyone who was clapping at CZ saying his business is global and doesn't need a headquarter that this kind of "decentralization" is going to come and bite them in the ass. I'm pretty sure Freewallet is picking their victims based on the IP and then the KYC they enforce, then take advantage of people whom they know they won't be able do anything about, if your country doesn't even recognize Bitcoin as anything be it asset or money to whom are you going to complain but pretty sure an American ID will unblock your funds magically.

Yup, perfect business model, no wonder they are thriving and keep spending money on fake reviews, apps, and advertising.

However, I think that their greed and belief that they are untouchable will cost them dearly in the end - although that end is not in sight at the moment. The fact that the OP is the only one who has done something concrete all these years to try to gather as many victims as possible speaks only in support of what you wrote.

If Mr. Mars was "stupid enough" to use their service and get blocked, people will continue to use something that is free regardless of all the evidence someone shows them.
