I bet that we are with someone from another mixing service who is willing to pay to harm Unijoin's reputation.

I used Unijoin multiple times this week again, and I still never had any issue with it. I guess that some amounts I mixed would have attracted some "exit scammers", and I still received my funds as usual.

So OPs wall of text means nothing to me right now.

You are completely right and what you said in the comment you quoted is totally very possible, happy that icopress have notified the unijoin team and I hope they step in and clarify the issue.
If they come and say that the accuser's claim never happened, then we all assume the accuser is possibly from another mixing service sent here to try to sabotage unijoin,  then the accuser will have no other option than post proof to support his claim if actually what he claim indeed happen.
Him being a VIP here by means of donating 10 eth to the forum is not enough reason to straight away believe his claim, any body can donate and become a VIP, even a scammer.

They will do that if they believe the case is worth clarifying, but if the accuser has no 'case' at all, i would not be surprised if a rep from Unijoin does not stop by here to clarify things.

These are two different situations, donating to the forum is good, because i think it helps the forum raise funds, but this accusation is entirely different from that, and they both have no connection, neither does it prove right or wrong.

Recently, we learned of a claim indicating that a user was defrauded by UniJoin. However, a closer look reveals that the shared letter of guarantee is missing UniJoin's public key, which is a crucial element and is accessible to the public on our platform. This indicates that no order was ever placed through UniJoin.

When presented with an incorrect letter of guarantee, there are multiple scenarios that could have occurred. It's not uncommon for us to receive requests from individuals who upload letters of guarantee without any prior deposits for an attend to receive BTC refunds. A second possible scenario is where consumers might have unintentionally accessed a phishing website and sent Bitcoin to a fraudulent website.

We find such phishing websites very frequently and are constantly working to shut each and every one of them down. Our community is also actively fighting this problem, and over the past six months, Bitcointalk users have repeatedly united their efforts to stop fraudulent activities in telegrams, websites and others (we are talking about dozens of phishing attempts). Lastly we do not exclude the possible scenario in that another company will make up these allegations in order to harm our name.

We also do not refer to our crystal clear reputation, and the fact that our platform is used by thousands of people every month, since the reputation component is not relevant to this issue. As for the technical part, It's difficult for us to carry out a comprehensive investigation in the absence of additional proof. It's important to remember, though, that the shared letter of guarantee does not contain our public key, which verifies that UniJoin was not used to process the order.

On my own behalf, I can add that I have no doubt what they are saying, especially considering how many phishing sites you guys and I reported on BitcoinTalk.

Yes, the user made a large donation to the forum so that others would take his words seriously, and I and others did so. But having examined the text in detail, I also consider any accusations against UniJoin to be unfounded (I’m not saying that he did not become the target of scammers .. perhaps this is so). But an excerpt from a chat with technical support with the questions “Is this your public key?” This is not enough. Just as it is not enough to state that “I am 100% sure that I used the official website.”

I am also closer to believing Unijoin's words, regardless of his great donation to this forum.
Certainly, not enough evidence was presented to support his accusations. Plus some illogicality in the first presentation of the problem and all subsequent explanations were not convincing.

Everything is under the pretext of protecting privacy, although I think that sending a 10ETH donation is not exactly the highest level of privacy.
This case can be easily provable, user jessuni can choose one of the trusted members of this forum or maybe BItcointalk to whom he will present all the evidence privately. A member whose judgment no one doubts. We had several such cases in the past.

I don’t want to talk about any conspiracies, but when it comes to big money, you can invest in a black PR campaign. Especially against the backdrop that YoMix came under the radar of the US authorities and the network of mixers based on the Jambler is undergoing maintenance.

There aren't many good options left in the niche for mixing coins, and UniJoin is one of them.

There's phishing UniJoin websites so should've mentioned the address he's deposited funds. He hasn't given evidence against UniJoin so we don't know he's saying the truth so it's an unfounded allegation I don't know about his large donation to a forum but he's saying UniJoin scammed him he should've given proof without it ppl can't accept his word.

You are completely right with your last statement, no sensible person will or should support a scam accusation without proof.
Yeah, it's right to respect privacy and all that, but when a situation gets really serious, we have to weigh both and know which is more important to us, whether it be our privacy, or the money at stake,  and this is case, the money at stake is really large, so personally, in the absence of the accuser providing proof of the transaction, and also considering what unijoin themselves have said, I would personally assume two things..
1. That the transaction the accuser claimed happened, which turned out a loss to him, never happened, and he was probably hired, or is from another mixing service, here to try to dent the good image and reputation of unijoin.
2. He fell for scammers, and he knows it, and there is no need for him sharing the transaction id here, since we all will find out and blame him for falling for scammers, and he's here, trying to use unijoin as a bailout.

If non of the above be the case, then I hope he comes on and prove us wrong.

You can invest in black PR, but no matter how you look at it, it will remain PR, perhaps it will even attract more attention to the resource. It’s not entirely clear why exactly he did this. Let’s say a person really lost his money, so what? He left it just like that, or Has the trial gone closed? There are more questions than answers.Unclear.

The French translation of the website is not good. We can see a lot of mistakes and a lot of things which does not have any sense.

For example:


we can't use a litteral translation in this case; "bûches" in French means this  :


Many other things are not ok, at least in French. I know that time is precious and that translations are never the first priority, but I think that this could give a bad image of the service in an unfair way to non-English-speaking users.
