Dogecoin Forum / Re: Doge as an good investment
« on: February 20, 2024, 06:52:33 AM »
I only have a few DOGE coins and I want DOGE coins to reach the price of 1 USD, after that I will sell all DOGE coins.
My estimate is that after the DOGE coin reaches the price of 1 USD, there will definitely be many threads, online media news and various information that can provide "why did the DOGE coin pass the price of 1 USD"?

The most profitable thing for DOGE coins to invest in is since the price is 40 Satoshi and I only bought a little at that time.
Until now I still have it on Binance exchange, and that's why I want to sell all these DOGE coins if it hits the price of 1 USD. If you don't HodL, then you won't be rich said CZ.

Anyways, etherium is good and bitcoin is better. I don't mind selling most of my etherium to acquire bitcoin. The difference is clear. The little bitcoin you have today maybe huge tomorrow. I don't know why I choose bitcoin to any other crypto. It gives me more profit. Yes, I will sell majority of my etherium to own an entire bitcoin.
It means you have a strong mentality because you dare to sell all your Ethereum to replace it with Bitcoin.
But if your calculations prefer profit alone, maybe Ethereum is more profitable than Bitcoin, but Bitcoin has advantages that Ethereum doesn't have.
The choice between Ethereum and Bitcoin is very difficult except that I have 4 Ethereum and 4 Bitcoin in my wallet at the moment so I can take advantage if I take the "Earn" feature in my local market which is probably only 3-4% of income per year.

I used to gamble over my head from the age of 4 and 1/2 to about the age of 33 and 2/3
What?? What gambling games can you gamble on from the age of 4?
I just heard this and it sounds strange to me.

It is also possible that he is attempting to recover his losses, as this has been a recurring issue for several months. It is disheartening to see this kind of behavior, especially given that your boss is in a position of authority and responsibility within the company.
It is not known how often he gambled, but what is known is that the total loss and loss of money was around 44,000 USD and my boss must be held accountable for this because this money is company money for employee salaries.

That's the same for your boss maybe, he spent the money he was suppose to use for other things.
Having 100k in the pocket out of which 40k is for wages, 30k for buying equipment, 20k for running costs and 5k for bank loans doesn't mean you have 100k but 5k to spend.
No, he didn't spend his 44,000 USD for other purposes, but it was purely all he lost in gambling.
BTW, before finding out why my company was late in paying salaries, my friend who had a higher rank than me dared to ask the company advisor and then held an internal company meeting with company officials and my boss.

Is my story the same as the story of those of you who have a boss or friend and the boss or friend gambles and loses?
Your boss loses that kind of amount because I presumed that he has the money, more money I mean to gamble. He may lose but we never know that he has won also more than he lost at one time in his gambling activity.
Because maybe he is the boss of the company where I work, so he just goes around gambling without looking around him in the company.
What you said could be like that because I'm also not sure what happened to Boss, this is what shocked me.

Those of you who like to gamble, how much money do you have when you lose when gambling??
Well, zero, d'OH!  ;)

Also raw numbers are irrelevant.
$44k might mean 10 years of average wage in Philippine or half of year of wage in Norway.
It could also mean more than all a person has earned in his live or 1% of what he makes a year!
Somebody losing $100 might be in worse situation than somebody losing $5000 so hardly relevant for the persons involved.
What you say could be right or wrong, but this is my boss who owns the private company where I work.
I also don't understand that he gambled and could lose that much money, I just imagine that 44,000 USD is impossible for me to get if I work 4 years or more in this company.

Op to understand your question is one of the major challenged I faced in the thread, and I don't know because I am not from English speaking country. Look at the question
Quote
how much money do you have when you lose when gambling??

are you asking the change that's left after losing the game or the amount the gambler loss?
No problem mate, i'm also from country not using English , so my English too bad.
Yeps, I asked like this, if you gamble, how much total money have you lost in gambling?

I'm a little curious about the story. What happened next? Is it the boss's personal money or does it impact the company you work for?
What is most noticeable is that every month's salary from month 1, 2, 3, 4 there is a bottleneck in salary payments. All the workers are complaining and asking why our salaries have been late lately.
My friend (who has a higher position than me) at work finally had the courage to ask the company advisor and finally had an internal discussion (maybe urgently meeting company officials), which finally found out that my boss had lost in gambling, a total of up to 44,000 USD.
What's worse is that my boss gambled and lost his gamble by losing 44,000 USD using company money, part of which was to pay employees. That's why my salary at that time was always late for several months and it made all the employees panic and chaotic because all the employees so far had not made any mistakes or done anything negative.

This is bad news for me but I will keep this Signature and Avatar as I am sure this campaign will open again in the next few weeks. :)

XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: Ripple executive Chris Larsen was hacked.
« on: February 15, 2024, 07:20:19 AM »
As far as I know, the Ripple coin system is centralized and could be manipulated by the CEO of Ripple coin and if Ripple Executive Chris Larsen's wallet is hacked, that means it just needs to be frozen.
It's simple and easy for the Ripple coin to freeze an asset that has been hacked, because it is said that the Ripple coin system is centralized.

Or it could be that this is manipulation by Ripple Executive Chris Larsen to create a drama about the Ripple coin so that there will be bad news and the price of the Ripple coin will dump.
This is just my bad prejudice because it is very strange for me if Ripple Executive Chris Larsen experienced a wallet hack, because he definitely has a very high level of security for the Ripple coin itself.

7
P.S. You do realize that if he goes to jail, at any moment your funds on the exchange can be frozen. It is better not to trust exchanges + BSC network will be frozen in case of bad scenario. No way, I don't want to scare anyone. Just a thought.  8)
Well, it could be that as you said, all assets that are based on Binance will be frozen and that is very scary.
Binance has many integrated platforms such as Binance Exchange, Binance DEX, Binance Wallet (Safepal), Binance Smart Chain and many more.

If CZ is in prison and all assets from Binance are frozen then I will definitely lose my assets if I own BNB or coins based on Binance.
Even though now the CEO of Binance has changed to Richard Teng, the influence of CZ in prison will still have a negative effect on the BNB coin.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Flirt with bitcoin ...
« on: February 15, 2024, 06:49:06 AM »
It's not me who is Flirting Bitcoin, but Bitcoin is Flirting me so that I can buy more Bitcoin and HodL in my personal wallet.
I couldn't plan from the start to Flirting Bitcoin, but the value of Bitcoin itself kept Flirting me so I could invest and buy Bitcoin.

As the admin said, the Bitcoin curve is very good and we can see the total on the Bitcoin chart going up and up.
Unfortunately, I don't have much Bitcoin now, only a few Bitcoin fractions (satoshi) and now I end up begging and teasing for Bitcoin so that some stray Bitcoin is sent to my wallet by mistake. lol

Solana Forum / Re: In Solana we Trust
« on: February 15, 2024, 06:03:37 AM »
How far can go $Sol in 2-3 years? your thoughts!
In the next 3 years or more, it is possible that the Solana coin can surpass the price of the previous All Time High if the Solana coin founder continues to actively develop the Solana coin.

I see today that the Solana coin has not created a system that is as strong as the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), we all know that the hype of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) is so strong.
But if Solana coin can continue to be confident without the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) system on its blockchain, it is very confident, maybe it will also be supported by another project from the Solana coin blockchain which creates an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) from Solana coins.
I mean, all traders and investors really understand how the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) works, if the Solana coin doesn't carry EVM, then if Solana launches the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) it will definitely be even more supported by investors and traders. for Solana coins.

Gambling discussion / How Much Money do You Have When You Lose Gambling??
« on: February 15, 2024, 05:48:38 AM »
If I surf the altcoinstalks forum, especially gambling forums, it seems like I haven't found a thread about gamblers' losses, that's why I made this post.

I'm not a gambler and I don't want to gamble but this reality happens in my work environment in the office.
My boss apparently found out by my colleagues and all the company advisors that my boss had gambled and suffered losses.
Unmitigated, the loss reached 44,000 USD and that's the equivalent of the newest Honda SUV where I live, that's a lot of money and this really shocked me. :o

Those of you who like to gamble, how much money do you have when you lose when gambling??
Is my story the same as the story of those of you who have a boss or friend and the boss or friend gambles and loses?
If anyone has the same story as mine, how much money did they lose when gambling??

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Why is Bitcoin price dumping before Bitcoin halving?
« on: February 14, 2024, 12:43:50 PM »
Yeah, I think $ 50K will reached at this month. Bitcoin has potential to touch this .
Bitcoin is volatile, Pump and dump bitcoin are always happen. It's the reason why many people invest in bitcoin and crypto currency.
We can buy at bottom, hold  then sell when the price goes up.
He reached $50K yesterday, which is what he is waiting to see if he can make it through, but we know that the halving period is still around 62 days away and the possibility of it being corrected again is not impossible.
I saw just now on Binance that the price of Bitcoin has reached 51,440 USD and this is the highest compared to the previous weeks.
As you said, there are still 2 months left for the Halving to take place and there is a possibility that Bitcoin's value will correct slightly as the OP said at the start of this thread.

But it doesn't shake my mindset to hodL Bitcoin because it has HodL capabilities rather than having to trade every day on Binance.
So, the effect of the Bitcoin Dump before the halving is not a problem for me because I have already bought Bitcoin under the price of 34,000 USD and now I am just happier seeing my portfolio on Binance.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Trading Vs Hodling
« on: February 14, 2024, 12:32:28 PM »
If you are a beginner or don't know what to do, Hodling using DCA is the best.
HodLing is probably the best according to what you said for those who are beginners in cryptocurrency because I am also still a beginner at this moment, the reason is that I am HodLing and also because I am busy with real work.
Not all would really be that confident on what they are really that dealing with which it is really just that wise that you do rather save up and stay still rather than on making actions.
HodL is a wise choice in my opinion because I know that I don't have much time in my position in this cryptocurrency.
I have a job in the real world and in an office, my office job has a lot of work and that's why I prefer HodL.

Once I also learned trading but panic was stronger than calm.
I also currently choose HoldDL for coins that are in the Coinmarketcap top 5 (except USDT because it is a stable coin) because I feel it is safer for me to store it in my personal wallet and Binance.

Polkadot Price is Still Stable. I saw it’s price stable from long time. Now its price is 8.1$ . Its price did not rise rapidly like Others. Bitcoin and maximum others Coin Price Rised two times - three times. But Polkadot Did not increase at that rate. I think Any time Polkadot Price will Pump. So i think It is Best Time and Appropriate time to Invest On Polkadot.
I just saw the Polkadot coin on Coinmarketcap and the price was around 7.4 USD and you are absolutely right that this Polkadot coin is like "Stable" between 7-10 USD.
If you have to compare it with Bitcoin, it is definitely far behind the Polkadot coin because Polkadot is an altcoin that was just born, maybe only 4 years or so ago.

But it is also true that if the Polkadot coin is indicated to be stable like that, then another option is to try to invest, maybe the target is to increase to 100% or more.
The problem is that when the Polkadot coin is stable, then super good altcoins appear again, will this Polkadot coin be abandoned or is it even better than the new altcoins??

the basic reason is not wanting to lose more. but this only applies to beginners who don't understand the existing cycle
As time goes by, there will be no panic if the market experiences a decline where you already understand a little about the cycle in BTC.
As you said, they are beginners in Bitcoin trading and of course they also have a strong feeling of panic.
Never mind getting to know the price cycle of Bitcoin, seeing Bitcoin trading which goes up and down every day, even those who are beginners always feel panicked.

It could also be that they minimize the level of loss that their trades have when the price of Bitcoin falls, but I'm not sure because for beginners the feeling of panic is very strong.
Unless these beginners receive continuous guidance from their friends who have known about Bitcoin for a long time, they may also give it to them very often or intensely every day, like physiotherapy.
