1- Celebrities / public people , people popular in the crypto sphere.
2- Representatives of companies launching ICOs or token offering > to confer more credibility.
3- Representatives of a token or coin.
Process:
1- You should tweet the ANN / Bounty on AltcoinsTalks & link to it from your website - preferably both!
2- must clearly have a username that clearly identify your entity/you.
