I cannot tell what will be the bottom.
As of now, the bottom appears to be at $3,400. It's been moving sideways for a few days.
There has been a few breakout attempts but the resistance is quite strong.

The current price of Bitcoin is around $3,200. It is more severe than you said at $4,500. And this maybe continue to decline below $3,000. It is surprising to see the reduction of its price. It is not the end, but the new rate in very cheap price.

I believed the end to be written if there is, is when it is in high position to show its great influence and its good purposes why it was created.

I am not agree mate.  It is not the end of bitcoin,  keep calm. The crypto market is green again,  I see the price is going up now. I believe the bull run will happen at the end of this year.

Bitcoin and all other coins are trying to recover now, I hope that Bitcoin can reach to $5,000 before the end of this year. Next year would be a better year than 2018 when we have many good news now

No, I am not agree It is the end of bitcoin.  I believe Bitcoin will hit 15k $ at the next year.  Bitcoin is very popular and potential.

to determine the lowest price on bitcoin I think it's very difficult, but I strongly believe that the price of bitcoin will reach around $ 3500 and after that it will soon rise again.
