Do you understand their vote system, does it require users paying for votes?

I heard that second level at bit-z membership who submit location details for themselves get 200 VTC (to vote) and 3rd level who submit ID  have more.

is that the only way to vote to be verified members of that exchange?

I am a trader on Bit-Z.. it is a friendly platform.. what I just noticed is the high amount of minimum BTC and ETH before you can withdraw.. What I can suggest is that you first register for an account on Bti-Z and use referral like so that all who will register under BTK link will have 50 Votecoin plus 50Votecoin upon registration.. it is 100VTC in all and we can start using those 100VTC to vote for BTK.. it will require 10,000 VTC if I am not mistaken..
