How do you spot the a token that is about to pump before it does so?

Please guys, I want to know wha tools you use to spot tokens that are about to pump and the things you do to make your trades more successful than failing. Please help share

There's no such tool.
Actually, it's really hard to know what tokens are about to pump, the only thing you can do is to be active on receiving the latest information for the tokens or coins that you invested or plan to invest. News are one factor that affects the price which you can take advantage or use as a go signal to do investing.

There is no such tool to know when exactly a coin will pump, if not everybody will become rich over night in the crypto space. The only way to know is if you are lucky to have information from the dev or an insider for you to take profit at that time. I have a friend that bought one coin like that and he boldly told me that he has confidence in the coin because an insider told him to buy the coin and that it will soon be listed in Binance. Such person will get the info on when the price of that coin will pump because he is connected to an insider. Altcoins are like gambling.

Solana is still thriving at the moment but there are too many tokens launch there already. My guess is that speculators will start moving to another network sooner or later.

Solana is still thriving at the moment but there are too many tokens launch there already. My guess is that speculators will start moving to another network sooner or later.

Diversifying one's gaze to newer projects or newer Blockchains isn't the best advice to give to someone seeking this kind of advice, because newer projects has even more possibilities of scam.
So many project developers are now fully aware of how much they can stand to gain if they manage to pull off a crypto project scam and a lot of them are trooping into it, that's why so many new projects in the market today are mostly pump and dump projects and only the project developers and the early investors manage to benefit from auch projects.

Projects like Injective pumped because of their growing ecosystem, a lot of speculators bought it to qualify for airdrops of newer projects. Well, unless someone has a crystal ball to predict what can be a week or a month from now, the reality is that nobody knows what can be and there is no surefire tool that can tell us whether one coin will pump into success or even dump into nothingness. Now, there can be signs though like if the devs are working on some new and innovative features of the project and some famous people are noticing the innovations and can even be endorsing them. The problem is that there is no one single factor that can be seen from many successful coins so far. Even those with solid utility cases can fall on the ground for lack of market support, sadly, And there are those we might consider to be worthless and yet the market is responding positively to it well and it surged in price. My point is that sometimes you need to be praying for some good luck here...and of course invest on as many coins and tokens as you can so you have the leverage of numbers on your hands - just be ready with your capital. In case, you can eventually find the thing you are looking for and you made millions please get back to us and share what you discovered so we too can be wealthy.

I have friend that uses coinmarketcal [1] website and takes positions into coins accordingly, if it's good market condition then this simple event based trading works wonders. If there is negative sentiment in market overall, this may backfire and you shouldn't trade in those days.

Its too difficult question for answering about how to know coins or token will be pump for trading, actually I have some criteria when trading in token will pump drastically from their ANN announcement list on top market until mainnet schedul.
Both event make some coin will pump drastically but difficult to kno when any coins will list on top exchange such as Binance.
If want get bigger pump invest with new coins firtly kisting on Binance or including in premier listing categories on Kucoin exchange, just disclaimer not all criteria above guarantee will pump drastically.

Don't get in to trap buddy. There is no that's kind of tools what can find the token will pump. And the thing of spotting that token then no one knows that when a token will give the pump  it's all about the market condition. And if you are a beginner person in crypto trading then i will say to you don't make any investment on these kind of new token for quick rich scheem. But there are some factor can make at least a quality of a project like what's the max supply, trading volume, listed exchangers.

Looking at the many Launchpools on Binance lately, it could be a good opportunity to start getting in.
Waiting for the listing and starting to play, the fluctuations will move quickly and take advantage of the moment to make a profit.

Some people who get an airdrop will usually sell at a low price, so wait for them to sell it and buy when the dump wave arrives.

It's obvious that there are no such thing in crypto, there are thousands of crypto in the market so it's hard to pinpoint which one is going to be pump. And there are a lot of pump and dump groups out there. Not saying that you need to be a member or what because that is also another trap and you might lose your money in the end.

So you really just need to be observant, or go to coinmarketcap and see which is the gainer in the last 24 hours and maybe it could be a indication that the pump might continue.

You actually can't / it's very hard to do so.

The only exception being, is if you're involved in the coin's project, or if you have contacts who work with the project and can get advance information about what is about to happen to the coin.  Not in terms of price but as in what they're about to do with the coin, and then translate that into market signals accordingly.

It sure is happening, people are making thousands and millions from pump and dump projects, but the chances of gambling on them and coming out with profits are extremely slim, if you're aware of the dangers and high level risk involved and are willing to bear and accommodate the risk of losses then it go for it, but these are newbies you'll be advising to go invest in pump and dump coins, people who don't have an idea of just how much risk is involved.

Such decisions are not for naive and ignorant investors but experienced people who know their way well enough around the crypto market as well as the risks involved, because their experience would aid them towards making certain decisions that'll help them avoid or mitigate the risks of losses.

No one knows exactly the pump of a coin because no one can predict the movement of a price. There are tools that can be used to guide us what is currently happening to the price of a currency. Just like RSI, it is used to identify if the trend is going to reverse or if there is a lack of demand or supply. There's more indicators that will help us to decide. Even though it is not 100% correct, atleast it increase the probability.

Most of the pump and dump projects are not always just about price movement prediction, and then again, pump and dump projects are pretty difficult and almost impossible to predict, because every project has different goals and movements, as wwll as purpose, making it impossible to predict or draw facts from previous performances, especially when they are relatively new.
