Gambling discussion / Re: No risk no gain
« Last post by LUCKMCFLY on Today at 10:53:23 PM »
Dont you find it funny, that "no risk = no gain" can simultaneously be "risk = no gain", but it almost unlikely to be "no risk = gain" situation? That no matter how much you risk you can still lose. Originally it suppose to mean that you cant achieve without trying, but it turns that you can try, spend time money and still fail. To this quote, I would like to add the word regret. This would suit perfectly as a motivation and a lighthouse for every gambler. No matter how you play, how you deal with your money and how your life is going, a person should never regret what he did. This is his life lesson, experience and he should accept it no matter if it is bad or good.

And what if there are rare instances like receiving an unexpected inheritance where "no risk = gain" does indeed seem plausible :)
However, as you noted typically to gain something substantial one must be willing to take a risk whether it be of time, money or effort.
Each situation demands a unique approach to risk and how we manage that risk often defines our outcomes.
I agree with your perspective on regret as well. Every experience, whether positive or negative shapes us. Embracing each as an invaluable lesson allows us to transform our experiences into strengths.

What happens is that when things like inheritance are something inevitable, there is no risk, but it is a great loss that is suffered, so everything has its risk and effort in the same way, so this is something that will always be noticed, Personally, I say something, in everything in life you Must take risks in order to have some profits, and the most you can do is lose the rest if it goes well , then you win and big, so what happens is not bad. This also applies in the casino, when we play we know that money is at risk, in investments and everywhere, in gambling the risk is much stronger, there are people who have lost everything because they do not know how to control themselves, that is something This happens to many players and is what should be Avoided.

Cryptocurrency Price Speculations / Re: 60K resistance might be broken
« Last post by Stompix on Today at 10:50:53 PM »
The ETF hype is going away slowly, there are negative outflows, the huge initial raise of IBIT is nowhere to be seen anymore, things are starting to get bearish again, and there is no real reason to see some interest cuts in the next months to help investments, so no wonder it seems we're running out of fuel.
I doubt we're going to enter a bear market but more and more signs point out to some sideways movement for a while, it will be all about the news, but I wonder what kind of positive news can we hope for, pretty limited choice.

Off topic & Sports / Re: Benefits of Saving your money
« Last post by Rruchi man on Today at 10:50:19 PM »

Fun fact!!  Na money wey you save today go save you tommorow 😁
E be like say this statement nor too make sense again because after you dun use all the money you save finish, na better broke you go broke. Na money wey you invest today go save you tomorrow because money invested go fit yield enough returns to solve many problems. Save money o, but nor save money blindly, after savings dun mature, try invest the money.

It is broken and to be fair I am in big shock. Nobody expected something like this to happen and I feel like we are going to definitely end up with a big major trouble when it comes to this. We should probably consider the fact that we are not getting anything great here, we should just consider how we could do better. This breaking under 60k is not nice, it doesn't really show anything good and we need to provide something better in the end. I believe that we are going to get better, we just need to make sure that we could hold a bit longer, its not going to end up with a lot better, but at least some better results.

Forum related / Re: Campaigns and Forums Traffic
« Last post by examplens on Today at 10:45:40 PM »
1. Is this as a result of low /lack of signature campaign
2. Or it's because of the low traffic that there's low number of campaigns
3. Or maybe both
4. Or The forum is still it's growing phase and haven't gotten to the height of having active users per hour in Thousands or reached campaigns that would be interested in promoting their product.

All the possibilities that you foresee here refer to the number of campaigns. Here I would add one more option
5. There are not enough members here who will publish quality posts and thus attract new businesses to promote themselves through campaigns.

Additionally,  I think there are too many boards and it is difficult to find topics and to find the correct place to post it.

Questions from newbies  like "I lost my ethereum using phantom and metamask  please help" are very good for SEEO, and we don't have those here..

This is the essence.
If this forum wants to grow, not only "rich" campaigns are enough, but also content that will be useful to others outside the forum. It is full of discussions dealing with speculations and what will happen if... No one searches for such things.

Also, it seems to me that forcing bounty and earning possibilities as the primary thing on the forum obviously does not produce results. As far as I can see, that part of the forum is quite inactive or occasionally some campaigns appear for which there is no interest.

A few days ago I was looking for a good place to open a discussion about some services, I believe that such topics have no place in any "discussion" section.

In general, I think that mixer campaigns may continue here for a long time, so at least we can guarantee that traffic will not drop severely.

For mixers, these are relatively cheap campaigns, even if compared to what they paid on Btt, on that side they can last much longer. However, at some point when they evaluate the results, it does not mean that they will continue if they are not satisfied.

As I said a few days ago, the lighter the sentence the more likely he gave them everything and ratted everyone

Judge Richard Jones told Zhao that there were a number of mitigating factors in his sentencing, including that he had cooperated with law enforcement.

I'm really curious if after 4 months he will just go underground and stop every social media interaction, much like Jack Ma did when China got angry at him.
Time will tell, either way, there was no chance he would face the maximum prison term, after all, he came willingly to the US to be prosecuted.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Anonymity - good or bad?
« Last post by Agbe on Today at 10:44:32 PM »
The anonymity is the best in the crypto community but to some extent we are still identifying some members through the identification of the country base their accent and locale the person comes from. Recently my country government asked Binance to release the uses of the exchange in the country to them but Binance refused. And if the government had an assessed and access the users database then many people that are in the cryptocurrency ecosystem Bank accounts would been blocked, banned and stopped from operating. But the anonymity helps us.

And I was just about coming here to create a similar thread announcing that Bitcoin price is finally gone below the $60,000 range which many assumed to be the support, and I can't help but ask, what exactly is causing this seemingly steady decline?, is this still a healthy correction or is there to this?

Personally, I am not bother at all, for I have been in crypto since 2016 and have seen and witnessed worser times, I am just trying to understand if there could be a good reason for the decline, so as to know if it's time to buy more bitcoins, or just wait for it to decline further.

Anyways, I learnt that CZ sentencing is happening today and now( if not over already; actually), could this have contributed to the general market major downturn we experienced today?

As others might have to say, this is just a slap on the wrist.

The judge though could be sympathetic to CZ obviously because of the light sentence. Maybe he has form his own opinion that CZ didn't do it deliberately with regards to money laundering or not have a program in Binance to prevent it. And he pleaded guilty and we all know that in US justice system, admitting to it and there could be some plea deals from behind.

To let's say compare to SBF which we see that he knows what he is doing, but ignore everything and play God mode with his customers money.

I have not tried out the Mixtum Tumbler service, but I like what I am seeing so far and what people are saying about them which is the reason why I want to give it a try the next time I want to move my Bitcoin to my cold storage.
Seeing and actually experiencing it are completely two different things. I honestly think you should do a test run you would definitely find out more this things about this Bitcoin mixer.

But from your post you aren't a newbie when it comes to Bitcoin mixing so what's you grading like? What are you searching for in a Bitcoin mixer, what's your turn off on a Bitcoin mixer and what are you advice to first timers Bitcoin mixer users.
