Keeping my promise, a halving will take place every 6 month to a year
It is time for another halving, however this time wanted to have it in a way that benefit the bounty community.
Multiple accounts is bad for bounties and bad for crypto projects. That is why we have KYC, which is not mandatory but is in a way helpful for bounties, as it allows them to make sure users are unique.
This halving will give advantage to KYC verified users. Users with KYC verified badge get the normal ALTS per points.
those who do not have the KYC badge get a halving.
From now on,
100 points = 1 ALTS (For KYC verified users / and exceptions)
200 points = 1 ALTS (For none KYC verified users)
for later halvings, [KYC will always require half the points of none kyc]
Exceptions - For those with no KYC tag:
- Donors & VIP & Immortals will not suffer from KYC halving
- Royalty will suffer only 50% from KYC halving [150 points = 1 ALTS]
- Active mods will not suffer from the halving [the president decides who are active mods]
- Active ambassadors will not suffer from the halving [admin decides who are the active ambassadors]

Glad to see we didn't have another "tenthening" at least! I was worried that 10 points would now be worth only 1 ALTS :P
As an active mod, I naturally support this halving 8) Not because KYC is exempt, but because the team of mods and ambassadors are exempt, as well as our largest donators of the forum. Good to see Royalty get their own deal too, this is important for maintaining value for our monarchy :)
