No I Can't Think That. Because Now A Days Cryptocurrency is More Popular in India. Some Physical And Virtual Cryptocurrency Exchanger Opened In India. And Government Approved some Exchagers. So I Can't think Cryptocurrency will Not Banned. I Think the Future Of Cryptocurrency In India will Bright. People’s and Government takes it Positively.

I see this news from three year's ago that bitcoin will be banned on india. All cryptocurrency and all indian cryptocurrency exchange will banned from india. Now as a current news we see that bitcoin will banned from india but it still not confirmed.

I don't think so, India is very enthusiastic about the presence of Bitcoin. The Indian community is also quite active here, I think it will not happen again unless there has been a fairly high crime rate with Cryptocurrency that occurred in the country.

A several days ago, I read a news where wrote indian governments will ban cryptocurrencies and will launch their own crypto. They are going to establish a co cryptocurrencies to develop Bitcoin price.

Some days ago i heard that crypto currency will be banned form India which is address by the indian govt. So there is nothing to do. If they do that then the indian people don't get the opportunity to use it freely.

I believe that your answer is the most correct and relevant for those who are worried about government bans on trading cryptocurrency. Of course, the use of cryptocurrencies in the country is a completely different issue and should be regulated at the legislative level, because no businessman will accept cryptocurrency as payment if it is prohibited.

I believe that there will be a greater demand for vpn programs in India, and how people can trade without any government influence. Therefore, with regard to trade, despite the prohibitions, trade will continue.

^ India has been known to have several crypto bans on it, not a piece of big news anymore and they have officially declared it. in the future, they will definitely reopen crypto trading.

Yes, I heard this news. But is it a little sad for cryptocurrency? Our neighbor India gave Bitcoin full legitimacy in their country. Now I hear that they are taking away the legitimacy again. I think it is too early to panic, worry or get disturbed; but instead i would advise all to enjoy every moment and enjoy crypto currency if the country permits it for now. Keep your funds safe and trade without having any crypto currency description on any banking details

Is too early for the government to take such decisions.
Earlier last year, the Supreme Court rule for crypto adoption and I don't think they would @free to later dis agree on something the masses are craving for.
I Don believe there will be a stict regulation in other to maintain peace in the space and also from terrorism and kidnapping.

Indian goverment are not banning cryptocurrency they are saying that we don't want private cryptocurrency they are creating their own cryptocurrency like Venezuela did in 2018 but this decision is still pending.

I'm not sure about this but I hope they will not! Many countries already noticed the importance of cryptocurrencies, some countries are benefited from citizens who use crypto. Because they invest a lot of money in crypto, and they earn profit then they use it to start a normal business, but in the end, they'll pay government tax! India has many crypto users so I believe they to grow their country's economy even if they don't know!

This cryptocurrency is very popular and globalized, I think India will not ban Cryptocurrency trading anymore. Especially now with a very high Bitcoin price making Bitcoin even more popular and included in the list of the highest assets in the World. India is a big country, of course India doesn't want to miss this Cryptocurrency.

I think you are right. I haven't seen any banned news from India so without any reference we can not say India will again ban cryptocurrency again. Where Indian govt thinking for own cryptocurrency there how they ban? But if anybody has more authentic news can reply here please.

The Indian Parliament is really considering a bill that prohibits the circulation of cryptocurrency in the territory of this country and even provides for criminal liability for its use. It is difficult to say so far what will happen with this bill. In any case, a few days ago it was decided to postpone its consideration for the next session.
The Indian authorities are too delaying the decision on the legalization of cryptocurrency, keeping the people in constant anxiety and uncertainty.

Like it was banned in Nigeria and doesn't doesn't even seem like it for the citizens, everyone is busy doing their normal transactions in crypto and even the government that banned it are not saying anything cus they know they can't really stop people from using or investing in crypto, they are just going to get a backlash from the citizens.

The exact same thing is happening as with Nigeria, to begin with they firmly say that they are going to ban cryptocurrencies for alleged illicit use, and then postpone it to talk more in depth. I don't know if they follow the same pattern of banning first and thinking later, but they do instill fear in their citizens.

India a cryptocurrencies friendly country and huge densely populated countries in the world. But unfortunately say that it would be gone to ban Crypto in india and indian central bank. Which would create a bad impact on cryptocurrencies market.

The Indian government is in a dilemma. They allowed crypto once but later banned it again. Now they have made a new announcement again, they have declared all private crypto illegal and they will officially bring new coins to the market.

surprising with the inconsistency of the Indian government in disclosing things like this, even though we know India is a very advanced technology place there, but for this they actually prohibit it. but we don't know what the problem is so crypto is banned because the one who knows clearly the government.

I don't know anything about cryptocurrencies ban on India. Of it would be possible then it would create a negative impact on cryptocurrencies market. Because india a big part of cryptocurrencies in world cryptocurrencies market.

It seems that the prohibition has been rolling for a long time but it seems that the decision is still being discussed to become law first. perhaps the ban was due to the government's intention to make crypto money itself. after all it will definitely shake up crypto as a whole if it happens.

As far i know that india will ban all the private crypto coins. Though the decision is pending. We will get the final announcement form the indian government after that we will confirm. Inida likes to use indian crypto currency only.

I am not from India, but I will try to answer this.
For me, whether any country that bans cryptocurrency is not a problem.
Because crypto is in the digital world and news like that is in the real world.
So that it won't affect my mind.
For example, in 2017-2018 the country of China prohibited using crypto when the price was high

I have been heard such type of news for a long time but still no response has been seen to the crypto lovers in India. I think the Indian government Just banned it constitutionally but they have no the power to eradicate it. So I'm not worried about it.

India has long stood up to ban bitcoin but sadly bitcoin cannot be easily eradicated from India. India is the second most populous country in the world. Most people in the world use cryptocurrency from India so I think it is quite impossible to ban cryptocurrency from India.

Unfortunately regulations depend on more things than just the popularity of cryptocurrencies. If you take Turkey for example, strict regulations were born right after cryptos had a big surge in popularity and their fiat money started weakening. Government agencies have different things to consider, such as how cryptos could affect other markets and the economy, and it's clear that many governments are not fond of them.

I think it is impossible to know what will happen in India with cryptocurrencies, the information is confusing and with quite long deadlines, so it is very difficult to draw conclusions. The banks say one thing and the central government says another, until they reach an agreement no information will be 100% valid, and according to the latest news they have more important things to solve with the damn Covid.

If any govt included india Really wants to.. They can stop it. They can just get banks to block all transactions to any exchange.
They also can easily do the opposite and to accept just like el salvadore.
So don't be deluded and think it cannot be stopped. Just pray and hope ur govt. In anybody's particular country is progressive enough to accept it.
Luckily my govt. Has issued licenses to only 3 exchanges and they HAVE TO ABIDE by local rules.. Part of the rule is local trustee bank accounts have to be opened by the exchanges and NO SHORTING. So we only can make money when its trending up.
I rather live with this than to have a total ban!!!

Currently Cryptocurrency trading is increasingly popular in many countries, if in the past the Indian State had banned Cryptocurrency trading, it may not be for now. I agree with what you say, but unfortunately there are many governments that seem to want to continue living in previous centuries. It is in human nature to fear everything that is unknown, what we cannot control, and there are many governments that act like this. Some due to ignorance, others due to repression and for continuing to have a broader control over citizens.

The use of cryptocurrency is not yet illegal in India, but they are not accepting it as a legal one too. The reason behind this is that Cryptocurrency works on a blockchain which is a decentralized one. This means it is not regulated by a particular entity and since it is not regulated, a person can use Cryptocurrency for any illegal means.

It may be as you say, but anyway I think it is better to wait for an official statement from the government. As long as there are no official statements, there is still hope and they may be trying to regulate cryptocurrencies in some way, so it is best to wait. In the end it is possible that we all get a surprise, they are taking a long time to say something official.

That "bad" vision of cryptocurrencies is not only held by the Indian government. There are many governments in many countries that firmly believe that cryptocurrencies are only used to launder money and commit crimes, when various statistics and studies show otherwise, but it really doesn't matter much what governments believe, cryptocurrencies will continue to be used in one form or another and more than 95% of crime and tax fraud will continue to be committed with FIAT.

I think that the Indian government Knows about it. I think that it will not be banned. I have heard the news that it will not be banned because if it will be banned it will cause a great problem for the cryptocurrency because there are a lot of users that support bitcoin lot.
