No, I think bitcoin don't have to keep energy because during bearish bitcoin is going and will always struggle until bullish season after bitcoin halving.
Many investors predict bitcoin halving will happen at 2024.
I think we should keep hold and wait the halving.

I think you have own decision and consideration to hold coins or token.
If you didn't confidential in Ethereum classic ,you can choose other coins.

I don't think bitcoin will reach around 29-32 K USD at this year.
It seems difficult to happen.
We know about recession at the world , inflation and also it's bearish season.
I think bitcoin will struggle and just reach between 15-25K USD at this year.

agree with you, I'll choose bitcoin than gold.
We should know about the potentially of both.
Gold is more stable  and bitcoin is more profitable, of course bitcoin is good and more profitable for long term investment.

I think inflation will effect in demand  decreasing.
It will make crypto price will go down.
But during bearish , I think won't effect more.
