拉脱维亚考虑对加密货币交易征税

拉脱维亚财政部主管 Astra Kalane 通过国家广播电台表示考虑对加密货币交易征收 20% 的资本利得税。该国金融监管机构金融与资本市场委员会向议会强调，加密货币的交易和投资风险极高，目前拉脱维亚不承认其为合法货币，但还可以当作交易工具。如果要实行上述征税计划，需要修订拉脱维亚监管适用资本利得税的税法。专门监管加密货币也需要通过拉脱维亚的刑法和反恐怖主义立法进行。
